I know people have many different ways, but how do YOU apply your perfumes/splashes/fragrances?
-When do you apply? (Morning, afternoon, night, throughout the day, after shower, etc.) -Where do you apply? (Neck, wrists, arms, etc.) -How many squirts per area of your body? -Do you ever spray and "walk through" the mist? Just curious! |

I never spray and walk through. Whenever I apply spray fragrance I try to minimize the amount of stuff flying through the air that I end up breathing in and inevitably getting a headache lol.
What I do is one spritz on my wrist and then another on the back of my wrist/forearm and then I pat my wrists together. If I'm feeling adventurous I might do a spritz on the nape of my neck but I can't normally tolerate spraying directly on the front or sides of my neck anymore because I don't like feeling like the scent is clouding around my face. I pretty much apply perfume or splash anytime I feel like it throughout the day. If I go into the bathroom and one of my many bottles catches my eye while I'm washing my hands or brushing my teeth or whatever I'll very often do a spritz or two before leaving the bathroom. It doesn't even matter if I applied something different earlier. |

I usually spray once on the front of my neck and once on my wrist (before patting it on the other one) if it's a perfume or EDT. If it's a splash, I'm a little more liberal with it, especially if it's one I know doesn't have a ton of staying power. I only do the "spritz and walk through" with fragrances that tend to be very heavy, like the Luxe version of WVS from a couple of years ago, Obsession, things like that.
