I started burning a triple layered Caramel Apple candle in my house. The top scent is Creamy Caramel, then Glazed Nut, and ends with Green Apple.

Love from Becky

I started burning my YC Ginger Citrus candle and it is fantastic!! I'm also burning a small jar candle I got from a small local gift store. The brand is called Tyler Candle Company, and the scent is (I guess their signature) Tyler. Very citrusy, with an edge ... it reminds me of a sweeter Ginger Citrus. They burn really well together. Love

Ciao!

I've been alternating candles lately. The past few weeks, I've been going back and forth between two Yankee Candle votives (Strawberry Daquiri and Key Lime Pie), a 4 oz White Barn NY Vanilla Coconut candle, and a TD Lemon Meringue 3-wick. All excellent scents for summer!

Call me wierd, but I don't want to light my LM candle cause I don't know if I'll be able to get it again. I just pick it up take a sniff & put it back down...lol. I may light it, someday. idunno

Texgirl, I totally understand. I also wasn't burning the one LM candle I managed to get at the sale until I got another one in a swap. Now I've got a backup and I can enjoy it.

It really smells delicious though. Smiler

This morning I burned some Pomegranate Martini HFO. I liked it in the beginning, but now I hate it. I have 3 or 4 bottles of PM HFO and they're all going back to the store!! kickass

Fryl28: I agree! YC's Cranberry Chutney is an awesome scent. My DH loves it as well. We can't wait for Fall to get here so we can light our Cranberry Chutney Housewarmer.

I'm still working on a Macintosh Housewarmer. I LOVE this scent!

I'm going to need a new fall scent and I was wondering what people would suggest. I was going to do vanilla orange flower or vanilla coconut, but if anyone has any yankee candles that are good fall scents i'd be interested to go give those a sniff...

As far as YC scents for fall go, I tend to like bakery scents. My recomendations for scents currently @ YC stores are: Vanilla Cupcake, Biscotti, Spiced Cocoa, Buttercream, Vanilla Caramel, & Maple Sugar (Farmer's Market collection). There's also some discontinued scents that you may still be able to find. I saw Chocolate Chip Cookie in votives & tarts @ the YC store 15 min. away from me. I've also spotted Vanilla Cookie @ Bed Bath & Beyond.

Vanilla cookie is one of my faves. I've found it at Hallmark and JC Penney. The store "claims" it's discontinued but it's still in the recent brochure, but I haven't seen it at YC. Of course I haven't been in a while either. idunno
