I ordered from them on the 5th and my order still hasn't been shipped. When I wrote customer service they said they can't give me any idea of when it will be shipped.

I'm so annoyed because there is a secret santa present in my order that needs to be there by December 5th!

I just wanted to warn anyone thinking of ordering you might not get your order till after the holidays!

I have the same issue. I placed my order at the begining of NOV. and all my candles are in stock. I needed these candles for Thanksgiving.
I still have not received them.
I called about them several times and I was told there was a delay in the warehouse . At any rate Yankee is supposed to credit back the shipping...........WHOOOOPIE....a whole $6. I sent an email to customer service telling them of my tale.. I am livid .

They credited my shipping also but it's not good enough IMHO. I'm still mad.

Send customer service an email stating what happened... they should at least send us a gift card, free candle or a NICE COUPON ...

i had the same problem happen to me. and i called every day. and finally got someone nice to credit back my whole order plus shipping. i am still getting my stuff but i won't owe anything.

here call this number 1-877-803-6980. and see if they will do the same thing that they did for me.

I called and I was given a $40.00 Credit Does not help since 3 of the jar candles were for Thanksgiving and another as a HOSTESS GIFT .
My order was $108.00...which I still have not received..
But, I guess it is better than nothing

Hmm I did talk to someone the other day but they didn't offer me anything other then free shipping. Maybe I should call again tomorrow and complain some more. I'd love to get a credit or someting. It's been 25 days since my order and it still hasn't shipped.

mine has been since nov. 3 and it still didn't ship.

the reason i got my whole order free was because i told them this would be my last order from Yankee if they didn't do something but offer me free shipping. and the guy told me he doesn't want to loose any business. so he made it right after talking to a supervisor.

I got my order today but I'm not happy with it. I got the snowmen tealight holder but one of the glass tealight holders is not glued in and one is glued very messy you can see the brownish glue all around it.

I'm going to call to complain tomorrow. There is no way I have enough time to return it and then mail it out in time for the holidays.

i would def. call and complian. that was so cute on the website too.

I did call them.......and they issues me a $40.00 credit.......YIPPPEEE...that is not the point...I was sent a FREE Home for the HOLIDAYS for my inconvenience too.. or I was given the option of refusing the package..nice of them...
I like the candle fragrances and I will burn them but I do not think it was handled well.
There is not a notice on their website of delayed shipping

I am getting a 22 oz. Jar . The $40.00 credit is going back on my debit card . I will not buy any more canldes until the Yankee Day after Christmas.. it is usually half price and you can buy them on line..
I bought $200.00 worth of candles last year.. a lot of them were the Holiday Fragrances...
