I'm new

Ok so I'm kind of late on the scene since I just bought my very first Wallflowers about a month ago Smiler but I am curious about others' thoughts on the topic.

I love fragrances but in my life I tend to get very sick of fragrances that are in home fragrance form, i.e. super happy awesome vanilla SOUNDS great but once plugged in it can be a different story. The only reason I bought this Wallflowers was because they had a buy 1 get 1 sale and I was like what the hell. And even with the good selection of fragrance bulbs they had, I chose Moonlight Path, assuming it would be the most inoffensive. So far so good, and I am very pleased with this particular scent.

I would like to know if any of you use home frag products such as Wallflowers or Scentport or sprays, whatever (scentbug is the new one I see?).

Tell me about your experiences with the product and specific scent bulbs. I ask because so many of these scents sound delightful but you can't try before you buy. What's good, what's gross? idunno

Lol at Super Happy Awesome Vanilla. Rotflol

I guess it depends on what type of scents you wouldn't mind smelling off and on for a few months (or weeks, or sometimes days) at a time. In terms of staying power, the BBW WFs that I've found to be the best are the odor-eliminating Sparkling Citrus, which you'll smell until the very last drop has evaporated, assuming it's not in a huge room with vaulted ceilings or anything) and Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin. Of course, I haven't tried every fragrance, but those 2 have always been extremely reliable and very pleasant.

I bought a Scentbug a few weeks ago and LOVE IT. I'm not sure how I'll feel about the battery life as I haven't been running it a ton, but it's extremely effective at dispersing the fragrance throughout a room. I've been using it with Leaves and it makes the room smell fantastic. I was really excited about it because I have probably 30+ HFOs but I'm not crazy about using HFO burners all the time due to the mess, having to maintain oil levels so you don't get the gross burned-on residue scent, etc.

Umm...what else...Winter is a really nice scent, too; I'm praying they bring that one back this year. Henri Bendel Vanilla Bean is a HUGE favorite of mine; it smells more like a perfumed sort of version of vanilla, like more sophisticated and more cool than something like WVS (cool as opposed to warm). I love it. Smiler
