Yankee Candle has 9 new summer scents listed on their website. Several of them, I think are ones from last year.

I think Root Beer Float sounds really good. I am also interested in Fudge Ripple and Starfruit & Orange. Next time I am at the mall I will have to check these out. www.yankeecandle.com

I stopped in one the way home last night and had a sniff. The Rootbeer Float is very true but I only got it in a votive as I would think one would get tired of the scent very fast. Fudge Ripple isnt too bad either. I do love the Starfruit and Orange..one of my summer fav's!

Yankee has gone up on prices yet again. Tarts and votives are now $1.99 in my area and I think that I saw that the large jars are now $24.99 and $25.99 depending on if they are one or two wick jars. This increase is going to probably only but voties and turn them into tarts.

Rootbeer Float sounds awesome!!
I think I'll need to pick up a few tarts in this scent.

It seems like they have a price increase every other month.(sigh)
It's a good thing that they have those coupons for $10 or $15 off.

They didnt have the tarts in Rootbeer Float when I stopped last night. Only the medium and large jars, votives and scented tea lights. I ask the clerk if they expected tarts in and she didn't think so. That's why I picked up a votive to burn in my electric warmer. I like the scent but I think a jar of it would get too overwhelming.

Thanks for mentioning the coupons they have, Fryl. I don't go to YC very often (since there's only one small store in my area) so I wasn't sure what kind of coupons were around for them. I'll have to search for some coupons, because I know I want to try Fudge Ripple and Starfruit & Orange.

I looked at the website and they dont have any tarts for the new scents there either. I hope they eventually get them in. Yankee Candle is getting expensive. I agree Fryl, it is a good thing they have coupons. I did a search earlier and found $10 off of $25.
