NVMom, I had one of those White Chocolate Peppermint Mochas (not the iced drink though), and it is delicious!!
I am now wondering if Starbucks will be open tomorrow so I can pick one up.

I think I'm going to swing by a Starbucks sometime this week to see if they have any Christmas blend left over on sale. I'm almost through my large bag that I got a couple of weeks ago, and I like the medium dark roast.

Speaking of Starbucks.. I got $125.00 in gift cards for Starbucks ! I think I better buy some coffee cups.. my waiste line cannot take that many CARBS !

I wish I had $125 worth of gift cards too. You can always get the unsweetened flavoured iced tea instead.

I went to Starbucks today to check out what was left of their Christmas stuff, but all they had left was one bear and a few sets of tea bags with ornament.
I guess I should have gone sooner. All the Christmas blend coffee bags were gone too, so I don't know whether they had gone on sale or not.

Fryl, I've been to two Starbucks in my area, and neither of them had the Christmas blend beans on sale.

I have an expresso, machine, grinder and a ton of coffee cups...
So,I guess I better drink up!

Does anyone know what the latest seasonal drink is at Starbucks is now? I thought maybe they would have something for Valentine's Day. But maybe they don't have anything new until the spring....

I thought the Cinnamon Dolce was the traditional Valentine's drink. I did go in there a couple of wks. ago looking for cute Valentine's stuff & ended up leaving empty handed though.

Bummer! What about St. Patrick's Day? That would be interesting!

coffee question help!

hi all i bought some espresso roast it says whole bean coffee but has instructions for making a expresso shot can i still use this in my coffee maker?? cool thank you all and talk to you all soon! anita

NVMom, you can still use the espresso roast in the coffee maker. Grind the beans coarsely instead of finely like you would for the espresso.

For all of the east coast folks, Rita's Italian Ice now has a "Ritaccino" which tastes amazing and reminds me of Starbuck's Frapps! It IS made with coffee as well as some of their custard...mmm!
