I really admire what this guy does, although he's a bit too annoying for my taste. He's not afraid to put actual overweight people in his videos. Also, I like that he really reaches out and connects with people. I think his programs are better for those who are obese as opposed to those of us who want to lose 10-15 vanity lbs.

He is a bit over-the-top though, to say the least!

He did! I heard it on VH1. My parents used to use his "Sweatin' to the Oldies" Tapes when I was a kid. They actually worked for both of them. One of my little brothers can to a perfect imitation of Richard's voice. It's hilarious!

I find Richard Simmons annoying too.

Of course he has done great things for obese people. That's another show.
