Ok ladies, we all know it happens during that "time", but sometimes I wake up in the morning and I just feel so bloated that my jeans don't feel good until the middle of the day.

I don't eat a lot, if any, after 7:00 at night, and I drink a lot of water. What else can I do to try and not feel this way?

Does anybody else feel like this?

I know there's been sometimes I've been feeling a little bit bloated in the mornings & it took a couple of hrs. for that feeling to wear off. Maybe it's b/c stuff builds up in your system overnight & it takes awhile to clear out.

I think I read somewhere that if you drink a lot of water before bed, it'll make you feel bloated. Maybe that's the reason why you feel yucky in the morning idunno

if this is happening at the time of the month, water might make you feel full, but its good
way to flush out any toxins.
caffeine, helps from what i have found, however
if it bothers you, sometimes tea is just as good.
unfortunately, and i dont speak for everyone
a lot of us women have our mad attacks of salt and sugar right about that time, which doesnt help.
i have found some walking around does alleviate
this.

I *think* Midol has caffeine in it, which is why I never take it. Plain old generic ibuprofen, however, is a godsend to me during my periods. I don't know HOW women in the "old days" managed without ibuprofen. Of course, they were probably pregnant most of the time anyway. . . .

i've heard that if your'e dehydrated your body can hold onto bloat, i notice that mostly in my belly if i keep a lot of water going i usually don't have a problem, also if you eat alot of fiber somtimes that or certain from or grains that you might have a mild allergic reaction to can bloat you in that area,
