Got your attention? Wink Big Grin

I bought one of those HUGE exercise balls!

Why, I don't know. idunno I have good intentions though, because I am one of those "bad" smokers arsespank and I want to start an exercise program and quit. I am thin, but that doesn't mean healthy I guess.

I tried it and my H was laughing at me, because until you get used to balancing, it is pretty funny.

When I brought it home, my H just said, "Oh no, not again"! Throughout the years, I have bought every exercise machine/gadget there is. Then it just gets "some" use, then we sell it or give it to someone else who has "high hopes" like I did. Big Grin

Noelle,

Yee gads! Whenever I smoke a cig in public
you'd think I was holding a loaded gun.
People make the rudest remarks, like "Eeew,
that's disgusting." Patient catch us 'ligting up
outside the care facility' and say 'Oh my god,
I can't believe you smoke, it's no good for you."

Of course, were I sniffing a line of 'coke' off
the back of my hand, no one would say anything.

Don't they realize 'heath care professionals'
are under a lot of stress? Who needs exercise when you have to chase dementia patients around
the facility all shift?

I also bought my husband and myself exercise balls - 65cm & 55cm. He had back problems last year and his therapist recommended using the exercise ball. So when I saw a good deal at Amazon, I purchased them. Guess what? It's still in the box! Big Grin I remembered using the exercise ball when I was working out (before I got married) and I loved it, now I seem to lack the motivation to exercise... I feel lazy most of the time insane

I too, confess that I have one of those exercise balls. I got as far as inflating it and my 3 year old thinks it's a toy. I wish I had the motivation.
