I am very suprised but happy to share this news - I weighed myself two weeks ago, and again yesterday. In that time frame I lost ten pounds!

It was on my father's scale, and I asked him if it was broken or off, and he assured me that the scale worked perfectly.
I haven't really been active, either, I've just been watching what I eat and replacing one meal with a Slim-Fast drink.

I had gained a lot of weight since moving in with my boyfriend, and I'm really glad to see it turning around a little.

I think that if I continue to drop pounds I may buy myself an inexpensive treat, with no No-Buy guilt. My goal is to lose 15-20 more pounds.

Awesome! I need to lose some weight. I'm in the process of reducing my Paxil dosage in the hope that I might be able to make at least a bit of progress, weight-wise. I looooooooooooove swimming, especially in the summer, and I want to look better in a bathing suit!!!!!!!!!

I've lost about 5-10 lbs since teaching started. No exercise. Just a lot of yelling at kids.
