If I remember correctly, she posted to the older version of this forum and said something like, "If you want this book let me know ??? date" and I paypal'd her I think 15.00. The pictures weren't actually in the book but on a separate picture cd-rom that came with it. I remember seeing the chocolate truffle stuff in there. Too bad there isn't a place we can swap pics because I have some things that she didn't have pictured (but mentioned in the book) and I bet other people got some great things to share too.

I emailed her, then paid via PayPal. It was $18.00. (15.00 + 3.00 shipping) She only charges what it costs her to have it printed and put together at a copy store. It was worth every penny, so many interesting things in it. Here's her About Me page on eBay, which has her email address on it. It's in the paragraph underneath the picture of her beautiful black cat. http://cgi3.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=goreygalI just don't want to post her email address here to be picked up by spammers that scan sites for email addresses.

I checked out Goreygal's auctions and she has a set of Calming Waters ( !) lotion and splash for a very low price and I am thinking about getting it. BUT, I have never paid with anything except Paypal using my credit card, which she won't accept. Have any of you ever used Bidpay?? Are you happy with it?

Janelle, I've used Bidpay twice. It worked totally fine both times, but there *is* a fee for using it. I think I paid around $5 for a $100 or so item. But that was several years ago - their fee structure might have changed since then.
All Bidpay does is send the seller a money order/cashier's check after you purchase a money order/cashier's check with your credit card (or at least that's what it used to do). If the seller takes money orders, it would be cheaper (although more of a hassle) to just get a m.o./c.c. at the post office or grocery store.

I think those snowglobes are adorable too. I am wondering about all the things BBW ever made! This year alone they had so many seasonal things that I am sure are not going to return the next. So who knows how much stuff they made that we never got to see.

Yea, some things don't carry over from one yr. to the next. Last yr., they had the Celebrations stuff in bubble bath & candles. This yr., it's only available in candles. The only holiday things that seem to return w/o fail are those 3 FBC scents. I just hope the Holiday Sweets return next yr.

What are they going to do with all the candy that doesn't (which is probably going to be a lot) sell?
Chocolate covered marshmallows at the summer sale? ew.

Megan, I did see some of the Celebrations stuff in bubble bath form, but that was before Thanksgiving. I'd love to get some of that candy on sale at the Jan sale Look at this auction of Country Apple. The lotion bottle on the right has the newer updated label, but it doesn't look the same!! Anyone know why it looked like that??? http://cgi.ebay.com/Bath-Body-Works-COUNTRY-APPLE-HUGE-...QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

They'll probably have to discard them after the sale. I really like the gingerbread house. It would make such a cute decoration.

Yea, most likely the candy will go on sale so they'd actually be able to sell it.
Anan, was the Celebrations bubble bath you saw @ a flagship or regular store?

Megan, it was at the regular store, but I haven't seen it since before Thanksgiving. Last year they had things like bath bombs and bath confetti and stuff to accompany them.

I think that bottle of lotion may have been when the picture style labels first came out b/c if you look @ it closely enough you can see the BBW logo w/ sunbeams imprinted on the bottle. The first couple of bottles of lotion had the logo imprinted on the bottle w/ the picture label, but they eventually did away w/ the imprinted logo. I only know this b/c I had a bottle of WVS when it first came out & I compared that bottle to a bottle I received as a gift later on.

I think you're right Megan. I have a bottle of sun-ripened raspberry which has a different label than the current one but in the same style and it also has the BBW logo with the sunbeams embossed.
