With the new scents coming out soon ~ Wild Honeysuckle in the Pleasures line, (and Midnight Pomegranate) and the 2 new Aromatherapy scents, are any of the current scents going to be discontinued?

I would imagine that *something* will need to go in order to make shelf space for the new stuff, right?

Nothing that I've heard yet...

I suppose there is a wall move once Wild Honeysuckle comes out, and that's when we'll get an update.

I was just thinking the same thing and I must admit I am worried I've been traumatized by random/unpredictable discontinuation (as I am sure many of you have as well), and am really really hoping it isn't Mango Mandarin, Pink Grapefruit, Midnight Pomegranate, or Tropical Passionfruit - all of which I .

I hope Aromatherapy stays in tact as well .

I've heard rumors that Savannah Bee and LCdM might be removed from some of the smaller stores (probably to make room for new goodies) but that they'll still be carried in the larger ones.

If I had to guess about what Signature Collection scents were due for discontinuation, here's what's seeming most likely.

My guesses of Exotic Coconut, Gardenia, & Tropical Passionfruit are due to recent discontinuation of home fragrance products in those scents. I'm guessing WCB b/c it kinda feels like it's gotten lost between regular Cherry Blossom & JCB. Although I wouldn't mind it if certain overrated scents (read: Sweet Pea & Cucumber Melon) decided to go away. Personally, I don't care if any of the Signature Collection scents get discontinued. As long as WVS stays around as a foaming antibac, then BBW & I should have no problems getting along.

Magnolia Blossom is actually pretty good too .

Edit: I was really surprised that I liked this one since it has floral notes (which I severely dislike).

I want Gardenia to go. I never see ANYONE buy anything in that scent and I never hear of anyone having it, either.

In a moment of temporary insanity I thought I liked Gardenia, and was even going to purchase a full-sized lotion and HFOs.
I was cured at once, when I sniffed the bottle of the HFO.

I dont think Tropical Passionfruit is getting the boot because they JUST came out with the Body Butter for it at the end of January

My mother's favorite scent is Gardenia. She buys a load of it everytime she visits, and I buy it for her for Christmas. But I don't care if it gets discontinued because I've also turned her on to the Bodycology version which she also loves.

The funniest thing is that the HF was discontinued, but there was ABSOLUTELY no mention of any Signature scents in Body Care going...

However I have a premonition that it could be Gardenia. That is just stinky.

(I got that feeling about Cotton Blossom and Peony when I had just started working there, and there was no mention of those going DC'ed until six months later!)

Hmmm... I would love to see Sweet Pea go. I HATE that scent.

I'd be happy if the following were discontinued:

~Puke Melon: Enough is enough. Retire this scent already. Sheesh! Time to move on!

~Brown Sugar & Fig: Yuck.

~ ANY of the CHERRY BLOSSOMS. Why so many blossoms? I just don't get it. What, we have Cherry Blossom, White Cherry Blossom, and Japanese Cherry Blossom...one of these needs to go!

I don't know which scent will get discontinued. However, yesterday I just saw and bought wallflowers in magnolia blossom and white cherry blossom for $6 each. Therefore, I guess these 2 scents won't get discontinued.

Megan, I think you may be right about Tropical Passionfruit because I saw it at the store for 60% off today.

I was actually in the store today trying to figure out what's safe & what's not. I was looking at the new hand creams in various scents. So I think those scents are pretty much safe.

WVS

Midnight Pomegranate
Mango Mandarin
Cucumber Melon
Moonlight Path
BRV
CLV

I think Exotic Coconut, Sensual Amber, Cherry Blossom, & Sweet Pea should also be safe since they're in the front (read: "pimped") part of the store.

For the longest time I wanted Mango Mandarin to be discontinued because I thought it smelled like toilet air freshener, but I used my mom's shower gel when I was on vacation in Florida, and I like it now.
It reminds me a little of the Juice It stuff from TBS.
Now I am glad it seems to be safe.

I was skeptical about Mango Mandarin at first as well because I'm on the fence where Citrus scents are concerned, but this one is absolutely wonderful. Me likey a lot !
