The apartments in this city have to be inspected in case fire codes, etc. are being violated. I wasn't home, but my fiance told me that they "went off" about my wallflowers. The two guys debated on whether they're illegal or not!! (It's a good thing I wasn't home, I probably would have had a couple words to say to them!) I guess they ended up saying, "They must be okay since there still on the market. We'll just have to wait until they burn a few homes down before they're off the market."

Have you guys ever heard of a wallflower igniting? I have heard of damages from them, but it's been from the oil rather than the electricity.

Weird, huh?

Stephanie,

I have not heard of any electrical fires causes by the wallflowers. I guarantee if there would have been problems BBW would have pulled them. They are very quick to recall products that may have safety hazards.
