Now that it's official that BBW is discontinuing the Temptations line, does anyone know if the Pop Culture line is supposed to be a replacement for the Temptations line? Will they still be releasing LE seasonal scents along the same lines of Tempations but just with a different name/theme? I sure hope they at least do that much. I am so bummed that BBW has axed this line

i did like the temptations line, but some of the
scents were not that great.i dont know if there is going to be any replacements, but i guess depending on the sales of pop culture and or past sales of temptations, its anyones guess as to what bbw will do next, i am in favor of just fruity scents being brought back.
the cool melon for example in the pop line, is a perfect example of what was reincarnation of cool watermelon.
a good candy like, fruity smelling scent.
i think maybe it would have made a good temptations scent, imho.

heres what id like to see if the temptations
or something like it was to continue.

fall-a maple/nutmeg kind of scent.
winter-a pure snow scent.
mistletoe magic like scent
sugar shortbread scent.

if i was a bbw corporate person, i would be looking at the disc list of past years and
revamp it, new packaging, but reminiscent of years ago.
put out small amounts of "test" scents.

Those are some good ideas.

I know this is a pipe dream....but has anyone seen SDCP or Pecan Passion anywhere? I haven't come across ANY temptations at either of my stores, and those are two of my favs. Also WHC, but I think that's next to impossible. If anyone has seen anything from these scents (or almost any temptations for that matter) Could you let me know? I'm really trying to stock as I am heartbroken they are not coming back. And to think, I'm still not over the axing of Tutti Dolci! Thanks in advance all!

The only Temptations I saw was Forever Frosting 3 in 1s but I've still got a staple so I didn't buy any. I did get a lotion in WHC from my daugther but we traded because she wasn't fond of the scent. I gave her my Pecan Passion because I think it smells great OOB but not so good on me. But it all worked out great because she LOVES it.

Does this mean Twisted Peppermint won't be back??

The Temptations that I have seen out there so far are Gingerbread Spice (I think that's what it was called), Forever Frosting, Banana Smoothie and Frozen Daiquri (sp?), but I think they are mostly sold out at this point. I didn't see any twisted peppermint or pecan passion items during this sale.

Sophie- It's spicy gingerbread (close enough ) and I LOVED that one as well! My store never gets anything good-I even have the store mgrs watching for temptation products for me but so far to no avail. If any is spotted please let me know! I would totally call the store and have it shipped. And Valerie, my mgr buddy thinks that they will still have TP for holiday-but just in case I stocked up on that after Christmas. Christmas without TP would be tragic! haha Thanks all for keeping an eye out.

I only saw Banana Smoothie and Forever Frosting 3-in-1s and splashes this sale. No other scents, unfortunately.

"Report from Yesterday": I saw Forever Frosting, Banana Smoothie (lotion) and Pecan Passion (mini) 3-in-1s.

I also found Hello Sugar in all but the 3-in 1 (this is the main item I want but don't have! One of the stores has HS marked down to 75% and said they still had 3-in-1s until the 75% mark-down came about. (The other stores are maintaining 50% off for now, but they of course don't even have the 3-in-1s.)

That doesn't mean that they won't get it in or that I don't have an excuse to keep going back.. now does it?! (I went to 6 BBW and 3 VS stores yesterday... Tee-hee! Les Wexner makes it easy for us when when he puts a Flaghip and a Core Store and a WBCC store at the same mall! ... plus a BBW or two on the way there...LOL)

JCBranno, try calling a few outlet stores, they may still have some. I went to one a couple of months ago, and they had a ton of mini Pecan Passion 3-in-1s for 75% off. They only charge $6 for shipping, so it would definitely be worth it.

jcbranno- you might want to try the BBW at West Farms Mall in CT or the one in Old Saybrook, CT..maybe even the one in Avon, CT might have some left (of the spicy gingerbread..did there used to be a gingerbread spice by the way? where did I get that name..) I don't have the numbers handy, but it's worth a shot..

Thanks for the suggestions Fryl and Sophie! I was on vacation and went to an outlet store-again no luck. 3 Frosting Forever 3 in 1s and a Hello Sugar lip gloss. Seriously, that is all they had. Literally. It was sad. It was like a ghost town! haha Anyways, I will try calling those stores in Connecticut-wonder if they will have anything since the sale ended yesterday.....I appreciate you guys trying to help! Looks like I'll be spending some time on ebay.

Oh wow Fryl!!! Thats great that the outlet had some scents. We are leaving tomorrow morning for vacation to Tennesee, and I checked and they have an outlet very close to Gatlinburg, where we are staying. Hopefully that outlet has some SDCP.I will stock up if they do.

I didn't get anything (yet), because I am going to South America after Florida, so I don't want to have to carry everything, but I can get some minis for you if you want on my way back if you don't find any. I also saw some mini waterless anti-bacterial hand soaps. They are sooooo adorable, but at $1.25 each a little expensive.

I saw those little hand sanitizers, they are too cute. I think I will have to get one for my purse, just because they are cute.
