I just received an email from BBW about two of their new items: Fragrant Waters and Foaming Shower Gel.

The foaming shower gel is on sale right now for $6 (regularly $12) and is a 6 oz bottle. It sounds pretty nice, I would be interested in trying it. Yes

The fragrant waters comes in a regular bottle (10 oz for $18.50) or a roll-on (.28 oz for $7.50). I'm not really sure if this is going to be like a splash or more like an edt. Does anyone know? idunno

Something else I saw in stores was the American Grown line. I really like the colors, they're very bright but they smelled just okay -- kind of generic drugstore brand to me.

I just heard about "P.S. I Love You" today and this is what they have on the site to describe the fragrance:

* Fragrance Top Notes: Fresh Citrus, Lychee, Peony, Yellow Rose, Riesling Vitessence
* Fragrance Mid Notes: Scarlet Velvet Rose, Orchid, Purple Lilies, Jasmine, Exotic Incense
* Fragrance Base Notes: Creamy Sandalwood, Patchouli, Golden Amber, Musk

I want to smell this for myself since it lists Peony and Rose, and I was a fan of their Peony scent. The "golden amber/musk" thing scares me though. I fear this is going to be their FLORAL "amber musk" scent. Roll Eyes

There is only one review on the site so far though and the person seemed to feel that this scent was just another reincarnation of Black Amethyst. But again, I would like to smell it for myself. Personally I thought it was about time BBW would try coming out with a new Autumn scent that would be the successor of Country Apple and the apparently under-appreciated Irresistible Apple. Smiler

Meg, I can answer your question about the fragrant waters. It's being promoted as being stronger than the mist, but lighter than the EDT. It comes in a glass bottle though, which I found kinda deterring.

I saw the American Grown stuff too & it just looked blah. Crap I didn't even bother smelling them.

Also, I saw some antibacs labeled "Kitchen Collection". The scents were Kitchen Lemon (it still exists in the regular packaging though), Fresh Lime Basil, & Herb Garden.

Thanks for the response, Megan! It does seem kind of silly for them to put it in a big glass bottle. I feel like the regular 2.5 oz EDTs are already big enough (for a glass bottle anyway)! Crazy

Tonight I went to a BBW Flagship store for the first time since the end of the semi-annual sale. I was pleasantly surprised to see several new items there.

I bought the P.S. I Love You preview sample for $1. I agree with the person who said it smells like a cross between Black Amethyst and Irresistible Apple. There is a hint of muskiness that is much lighter than that of Black Amethyst and becomes even lighter on dry-down, and there is a soft powdery tone just like Irresistible Apple. I am not generally a fan of florals, but I like (not love) this scent.

I really like the packaging of the American Grown line. I smelled most of the scents. The Napa Grape didn't smell nearly as much like grape as I thought it would. My favorite is probably Washington Apple, which does actually smell like an apple.

I did not know there is a new scent in the Slatkin & Co. Odor Eliminating line - Fresh Cotton. I will probably get some of the Wallflowers bulbs soon, especially since the starters and refills are buy one get one free right now.

My favorite find was something I did not even know existed - True Blue Morocco. You can see the items here:

I bought all of the items except the body scrub. The packaging is gorgeous. The best part is the entire line is 50% off in the store!

The Sweet Fig & Argan body lotion smells great, as do all of the shower creams. My absolute favorite, though, is the Honey & Date Body Yogurt. This smells incredible!

Castle, I agree. The Honey & Date body yogurt is fabulous. It smells like creamy honey w/ a hint of spice & fruit.

Today I saw a new antibac in the Kitchen collection called Gourmet Spice. It smelled nice, but was a little bit too heavy a fragrance to be in antibac.

There's also new CO Bigelow mentha lip shines: Lychee, Yuzu, & Mangosteen.

PS I Love You is hideous. It is way too busy and smells like a cheap 70's hairspray.
