PS...does anyone know why there are no travel size lotion or splash in the stores or online?? Maybe they're changing the packaging..I don't know but I love my mini's!!!

First off, it's been really quiet around the board lately! I miss all the different conversations and such that used to go on. I guess a lot of people (including myself) have been busy with other things, but still, hope everyone is doing well!

I was just looking around the website and there is a new anti-bac fragrance: Nectarine Mint. It doesn't sound like something that would interest me. Also, it looks like Japanese Cherry Blossom is out in a three new forms -- probably a spring limited edition.

Hmmm...Nectarine Mint sounds kind of interesting. I've been noticing a mint twist to a lot of stand alone fragrances. I've even experimented a bit myself. My latest test was Lavender Mint. I found it so-so, but my customers seem to love it! It could have something to do with the fact that I don't like Lavender too much. I did do a mix with Lavender Lemon though that I adore! Maybe because the Lemon is most prominent.

I have also noticed it being very slow here lately.

I have read some reviews of the Nectarine Mint on MUA, so far I havent heard anything bad. Most people have said they smell no mint at all, all they are smelling is the nectarine. From the name of it, I wouldnt have even tried it out. Since the reviews have all been pretty good, I will atleast give it a sniff.

I wonder if the board has been quiet due to lack of $, busy lives, or lack of appealing new products. It's the latter for me. Nothing has really captured my interest since, maybe, "Hello Sugar". I am lucky enough to have a BBW outlet in my town and have been buying up VBN and Temptations when I find them.
I notice the date on the bottom of the Temptation bottles is 2008, so they must still be making this line, maybe just for the outlet stores. I'm getting them for $2.99, which is great. I wish they would come out with something new though. A Key Lime scent. A good Blackberry scent (sweet, not amber). No more flowery scents!
Oh well, I have enough stash until 2012 so I don't know what I'm complaining about. Would still like something new that sounds great.

I agree with you jercatz. Its the same for me as well, its definitely the lack of any new interesting products. I have been very disappointed in the few new items they have put out lately. I shouldnt complain, I also have enough to last me a very long time, and the lack of any new products has been giving me a chance to get rid of some of my items. With that being said I would still love some new interesting products.

I have lost interest in BBW completely, but I still love this board and everyone here.
While I do like some of the new products they have brought us, nothing's really stood out to me.
Except for C.O. Bigelow Wild Berry, which is technically not BBW, I haven't stocked up on anything from there in a long time.
Actually, I take it back! I do love Vanilla Noir, and have bought 4 of the EdT travel sprays.

Nectarine Mint does sound interesting, thanks for posting, Edward.
I'm really in the mood for fruity scents.

I have been busy as well, trying to finish up grad school (less than 60 days left!).

But I have gotten the chance to try Vanilla Noir through two swaps on MUA and I love it!!

I'll probably be using the BBW coupon I just got in the mail toward buying some VN products.

I haven't really been interested in the new stuff BBW's put out this year so far w/ the only exception being CO Bigelow Lemon haircare. I it & wish all the BBW stores sold it.

In the meantime, I've been developing an addiction to going to the movie theatre & renting movies via Blockbuster Online. But I'll discuss that in OT Chat.

Meg, congrats on finishing up grad school. It seems that it wasn't that long ago you were posting about graduating from college.

Aw thanks Megan! That is so sweet of you to remember! And you're right, I graduated with my bachelor's last May 2008.

I have to agree with everyone that I haven't found much to be excited about at BBW lately. I have been enjoying my VN bath beads but I am definitely glad I didn't pay full price! They don't moisturize my bath nearly as well as my Skin So Soft.

i havent been really into bbw as well, ill be checking out the new butterfly flower scent
next week.

I just think a combination of things going on just have everyone busy. Then with the lack of stimulating products at BBW, there's nothing much new to talk about in the way of body products.

But I agree with Ilove and Fryl! I absolutely love this board and the people on it! Even when I have nothing to contribute, I still check in to see what's happening with you all!

I saw a post on MUA that someone bought a new COB Lemon Pomegranate lip shine. I am not sure if they have any other new ones out, but Lemon Pomegranate sounds like it could be good.

I have to agree with everyone about the less-than-exciting product line-up at BBW. I'm not sure if it's the recession that's holding them back or if it's just a dry spell. I for one have decided not to buy any BBW products until I use up what I currently have (which is a lot and could take all year!). I'm trying to save some money since I got laid-off in December. I still like to keep up with the new BBW products, but I won't be buying anything any time soon. (It's hard since I want to buy some Ile de Tahiti coconut vanille lotion so badly!)

Annabelle I am sorry to hear about your job. Hopefully you will find something soon.
