i'm sooooooo excited my creamy coconut that i ordered on ebay finally came in the mail today. Eeker it smells so good...i had never actually smelled it before but i wanted to jump on the band wagon so i finally broke down and ordered some. i got a new luster and silk splash and i'll have to use it sparingly...lol. i think that it smells like tbs "lay it on thick" body cream. so now i'm happy that i'll have some sort of lotion to layer w/ the spray.

i also went to walmart today and tried the suave products and i don't think that the toast vanilla or the coconut smell much like bbw products. i actually got a headache from smelling them...lol. wvs is my fav scent so i'd know it anywhere and i don't think that suave did a good job. some of the other scents weren't too bad though like the sweet pea. in any case this trip just ensured that i will stay true to bbw. Big Grin

I thought "lay it on thick" was bbw...does tbs have one too? I love my "lay it on thick". Everytime I use it someone says, "I smell coconut" and I just smile & offer them some. Have you tried any of the other Spa products? I'm really liking the "like butter" shower cream & the "handy work" hand soap. They smell awesome.

I'm thinking of getting the creamy coconut too from ebay. I'm just trying to get the best deal that I can. Can't afford some of those high prices.

lol...i meant tbs= true blue spa...i didn't realize that they have the same acronym...i guess next time i'll have to write out true blue spa. Wink

i've actually tried a lot of the other spa stuff....like the "better lather than never" bodywash, "shea it isn't so" foot cream, "toe the line" foot scrub, "i'm in the mood for a scrub" bodywash and "too shea" shea balm. i don't think that the foot scrub worked all that well but i like all of the other true blue products a lot. the foot stuff from the body shop is better but i can't remember what's it's called.

i was lucky w/ my ebay purchases i paid about retail price for them. that's the only reason i would give in. i'm thinking of trying the discontinued hotline to see if they have some products in.

Roll Eyes didn't even think of that one...lol. Have you tried "like butter"? I like it better than "better lather than never". I looked at the 100% shea and it was just too thick. How can you get it out to spread it? I saw a knock off at Target today of some of the line. They also had 3in1 knockoffs that Sephora sells. Super cheap but I wouldn't trust it. Hopefully I can be as lucky as you if I get the coconut splash.

yeah i agree that the too shea is very thick but i have the dryest skin ever. it's always cracked and irritated so i like thick body balms like that. usually i have to rub it around forever with my hand though so that it gets warm and then it's easier to scoop out or i dig it out w/ my nails. i'll admit that part is a bit of a pain but the balm does wonders. i feel like all of the other products w/ shea in it don't really have all that much. so i'm glad that i can just get pure shea to layer it w/ whatever other stuff i want to, especially since it doesn't have a fragrance.

i wanted to try the "like butter" but i just have too many bodywashes from bbw especially since i just got a free 16 oz."i'm in the mood for a scrub" on friday. but eventually i'd like to get around to trying. Smiler
