Looks like I'm not the only one disappointed with the sale. The last few sales have been really sub-par. First of all, they got rid of the foam bursts, which I'm not too happy about. Also, they seem to bring back the same discontinued scents every time. I think they should bring back different old/discontinued stuff for each sale, just to mix it up and keep it interesting.

I ended up buying a few shower gels in Country Apple and Sun Ripened Raspberry - my original favorite scents from back in high school that I wanted to revisit. I also picked up a cute gift bag and some mandarin lime body scrub (not on sale but I needed some). I usually buy $40-$50 worth of stuff at the sales, but not this time. I hope they improve their inventory for future sales!

i remembr talking to corporate about why they do this, and they said that they sell well, i said well, bbw should add to that, stating a lot of us are bbw fans since the early years
and would like to see some scents from way back.
corporate board rooms need to rethink about
this.

Question: did you find a full size FV lotion or one of the mini lotions? FV is a favorite fragrance; I've found the full size shower gel & the body cream but I never can find the lotion until last year. I found trial sizes at another BBW. I snapped up about 4 of them.

All the FV body lotions my store had was 4oz. Which is weird my BBW had full size shower gels, and body creams too. I wonder why they dont have FV body lotion in full size. 4oz. is at least better than the little 2oz. bottles.

I stopped by two B&BWs today and picked up a couple of things. One B&BW had Kitchen Lemon soaps, which I didn't see before. So I got 7 for $20 (a couple of the soaps and some foaming hand sanitizer for my 5 yr old niece). I also got a Creamy Coconut Body Splash, a Mango Mandarin Ultimate Silk lotion, a beige oil warmer, a Rich Citrus Cream Body Lotion, and two HFOs (Blissful Blackberry and Coconut Lime Verbena).

I stopped in today to see if there was anything new and I saw TWO Fresh Vanilla body creams! I was so excited!!

Are you just looking for the lotions and shower gels or do you want the splash too? One B&BW I shop at has a bunch of splashes 75% off (but I haven't seen anything else in CC at any B&BWs). I can PM you the information if you want it.

The foam bursts were the #1 reason I went to the sales. I would buy at least 6 foam bursts, sometimes more, to get me through to the next sale. For the past few years they were a fixture at the sales. I still have a few foam bursts left, though right now I'm only using them as shave gel to conserve my supply (I used to use them as both body wash and shave gel, which was the appeal!). I'm not sure if writing to BBW about it will do any good, since they seem to make up their own minds about which products to sell (see MAnne's post above). Oh well, there's always ebay...

I too noticed that there were slim pickings this year. Lots of Breathe items, recently discontinued scents. I did find one lone seaspray shower gel for my husband. Also I bought:
1 orange breathe fragrance mist(the one that smells like peach nectar)
1 green breathe fragrance mist (the one that smells like fresh ginger lime)
some hand soaps
dancing waters shower gel
mango mandarin & country apple anti-bacterial hand lotion
aquatanica body scrub
breathe energy (green) glow tanning lotion
a few other things, nothing too exciting..

Has anyone seen any lemongrass sage items?

Sophie, I haven't seen any Lemongrass Sage items at my store. It's a small store though.

Thanks for posting. Others that I haven't seen but would like are Green Clover & Aloe and Cool Citrus Basil. The website offers some of these items, but they are out of the Cool Citrus Basil & Lemongrass Sage lotions. I may just break down and buy some splashes and shower gels.

I haven't visited my local B&BW and by the disappointment spreading around, I'm glad I haven't. (Our store is small.) I did order a few things online but nothing "exciting". As others have said, I wish they'd bring back some of the older scents that are hard to get ahold of. (NOT the stuff that people won't buy at regular price so they drag it out & mark it down.)

I was lucky to find 1 Cool Citrus Basil splash. No Lemongrass Sage this SAS at my store either. I did manage to stock up at the last SAS. I'm looking for a Honeysuckle splash if anyone has found any. I haven't seen Strawberry Lemonade this time. I may end up having to order online.

The Manchester Mall BBW in Manchester, CT has Str. Lemonade Lotion for 75% off and the West Farms Mall in Farmington, CT had a ton of Honeysuckle. I recall seeing lotion & shower gel & they may have had splash, but I wasn't looking for it so I don't remember now. I was looking for Cool Citrus Basil today and didn't see any, but I did find 3 Green Clover & Aloe shower gels for my husband.

I also screwed up last night and tried to stop an on-line BBW order because it popped up after the fact that they were only going to send me one Green Clover & Aloe shower gel(which is on back order) and not 4 like I ordered, but it somehow went through..oh well, I did get a Green Clover & Aloe splash and Seaspray splash too, so my husband will like those. Also, I was irritated that they were out of so much classics stuff on-line, I wish they would have stocked better for the sale. Arrgghhh...

I got some goodies at BBW today.
I went to a bigger store, and they had 5 75% off tables, while my store only has 1.
I got quite a few Peach Nectar shower gels, and 1 lotion, 3 Bigelow hair masks and 5 Bigelow Clementine lotions. Everything was 75% off, I ended up paying about $43.

I didn't see any Lemongrass Sage or Strawberry Nectar items, unfortunately. The store also had quite a few Honeysuckle shower gels and lotions. I don't think they had any splashes.
Kathi, I didn't see any Exotic Coconut stuff, except for 1 lonely hand soap.

This sale is so disappointing. I have been to 3 stores and one outlet and I have not seen any TREASURES or items any of you want on the list. NO FOAM BURSTS at all . American girl straberry stuff is available at BBW.com but NOTHING in the stores. No Christmas stuff either. The only Exotic Coconut item I have seen is bubble bath. I am depressed
