So I'm in love with the 'so sexy' haircare line and went in today to get some more shampoo & a conditioner. I wanted to buy 2 balancing shampoos and a conditioner. The store near me was not well stocked, they only had the conditioner, so I ended up grabbing a couple of other shampoos to get the 3 for $24 and figured I'd exchange the two things I didn't want at another store.

So then I drive to another store & when I went to get the 2 balancing shampoos to do an exchange, she was charging me regular price. I explained that I did buy 3 items total, just not what I had wanted since the store I originally went to wasn't stocked, and just wanted to do an even exchange for 2 items.

She finally did the exchange, but acted like she was doing me a favor or something & I'm probably just being silly, but why would I have had to pay full price? Was I totally off on thinking I could do an even exchange?
