Have any of you checked out this new line at VS?

They are currently in store at B2G1F.

The products remind me of Crabtree. One scent smells like BBW Optimism and the others are familiar. Could be BBW re recycles.

I just knew there would have to be at least one item with glitz in it....illuminating always means glitter.

Quasi aromatherapy products at VS are kind of weird.

i did, i didnt like any of it.
reminds me of the dollar store body butters and
creams, i think vs missed this one.
im surprised, considering bbw has a white citrus coming out that blows away the aromatherapy.
maybe they need to go back to the drawing board.

ILoveBathand Body....

Dollar Store body butters.

Eeker Rotflol

I have only been in Family Dollar once and that was enough.

They recently closed our Family Dollar and are putting Key Foods in there.

Let's hope they fumigate the store and get rid of the ROACHES!

Family Dollar was scary enough.

Errr

Naturally Victoria's Secret belongs at Crabtree AKA 'nana central' along with the Vera Bradley diaper bags.

Will definitely be getting more White Citrus. Was somewhat disapointed with the COB Lemon and Lime stuff. It smells great...for a few minutes but does not last.

Dollar Store body butter! Rotflol Has anyone ever tried them?? I have a friend who always buys them. She refuses to pay for quality products. She even makes up baskets for her family and to sell on holidays. I can imagine how unhappy some of those people are who receive those baskets. Oh well! Smiler

I 'googled' Dollar Store body butter just for laughs.

$1.50! It must be horrendous.

I wish the products in this line were a little more fragrant. I can't even decide if they're good or bad because I can barely make out what they smell like. The only one that I could smell was the Vanilla Sandalwood one. It's a nice scent, but again very faint.

Lovey, have you been lucky enough to receive one of your friend's baskets?Razzer Rotflol

lol, Lovey, i did smell them, just to see
if they were comparable to other stuff, either
they has a very plastic doll smell, or some sort of smell which i cant put my finger on
but i guess there are some who do like it.
i dont blame her for trying to save money though

i was just going to say that, Fryl.
its a shame, you would think that one could get
a decent body butter or lotion for that matter.

haha about the dollar store body butters. I've smelled a bunch of those over the years and they always have the same smell - to me anyways - and never seem to have anything to do with the picture or fragrance name on the label. Yes

And for the new VS stuff, they had them all on a display and I gave each one a sniff but wasn't blown away by any of the scents. Don't get me wrong, none of them were BAD by any means, but I can't help but feel like they are scent combinations that have already been done before. I wouldn't be sad to receive any as a gift but I won't be buying them myself.

Rotflol No, never the body butter, however she did give me a gift basket with lotion, shower gel, and something else in it for my birthday. Don't know why you would give someone a basket of products just like they make themselves. Confused Smash Smiler I think it's still in the back of my closet. She used to say to me "I wonder why people buy your baskets and not mine?" Smiler

I have smelled the butters at the dollar store too and I agree that they either smell like plastic or nothing at all! Rarely do you associate the fragrance with the name. But I guess everyone can't afford a decent butter so they have to get what they can. idunno

There's a new scent in the natural line. It's Violet & Jasmine. I like this scent. Yes It's a medium strength violet scent & the jasmine blends in well w/o being too overpowering. I think I may overlook the plain packaging & get some stuff in this scent, but will probably wait till its closer to spring to do so.
