Is the Holiday stuff (most importantly, VBN!) out in the stores yet?

OMG, *SO* psyched about being able to get the Holiday Traditions stuff in all anti-bac forms! I can't wait to load up on all TP and see if they've done anything toward getting VBN's other forms (not just antibac) to smell more like the body cream and body lotion. Every time I sniff, say, the older shower gel, it reminds me of what someone here referred to as "Tuna Bean Noel" and I laugh my butt off. Rotflol

i smelled some of the new stuff...

kids line -- the green one smelled really sweet and tart like green apple martini from a few summers ago. the other ones were also very sweet.

ginger mentha -- i love ginger so this smelled pretty good to me. it had a very spicy kick to it and i didn't really pick up on the mint part. i might have to pick some of this up.

they also had the cutest wallflowers with santa and a penguin that were holding what looked like a little thermometer with glitter in it that lights up and blows the glitter around.

Thanks for the info, Edward! I've loved their seasonal Wallflowers lately and have decided to start collecting them; they're suchan easy way to "decorate" for the holidays for lazy people like me. Smiler

The ginger scent sounds promising as well...I love ginger and was wondering what it'd be like combined with mint. Nice to know the mint's not overpowering. Cool

I saw testers of some of the Signature Kids products today. I sniffed the foam soap in Frosty Gumball. It was kinda fakey smelling. Crap I'll still give the 3-in-1 a chance though.

I tested it today, and definitely thought the same thing about Frosty Gumball, Megan. I actually liked the other two scents though, despite the fact that as Edward said, they were very sweet. I think I'll give the other two a try in 3-in-1 and possibly the lotion.

Does anyone know if there will be a TP splash this year? I haven't seen it on the BBW website.

Yes, there are splashes for all three Holiday fragrances--I stopped in at BBW today to check out all the new stuff and they had them.

I sniffed all of the new kid's line and they are super-sugary-sweet. I'd probably get a 3-in-1, though, because I think they'd be fun! lol. Flower

I love the packaging of the SK products! I was hoping the scents would be as great as the Art Stuff, but they're not bad. I bought all three lotions, and may go back for the 3-in-1 tomorrow.Big Grin

I also love that TP is back, and that it's available in a hand soap as well.Love

I went back to BBW tonight, because I wanted to get another free Lambie that I'll be using as part of a baby gift.

They had the holiday candles out in VBN and WCA but didn't have one in TP yet. I picked up one in VBN thinking they were on sale for $15 as they are online.

It rang up $17 and I didn't realize until I had left the store. Anyway, has anyone picked up a Holiday Traditions candle yet, and were they $15 in store as well?

I just joined MUA and I believe I've seen some posts on there saying they got the candle for $15, but I want to be sure before I go back. I know that if I mention them being $15 online an SA will just tell me that's probably online only so I'm not sure it's worth going back to the store.

^^Hmmm, I'm not sure, Marissa.

I was at BBW today and the RealEssence candles were on sale for $15, but I think the others were regular price.

I tried the Frosty Gumball 3-in-1 & it turns out that it reminds me of the bubble gum flavored teeth mold that my orthodontist used. Crap

I thought Twisted Peppermint smelled really good in the foaming antibac, so I decided to get it. Yes I'm happy that they expanded the holiday antibac line this year. However, I'm unhappy that Twisted Peppermint is unavailable in home fragrance. Crap I guess my splash will have to suffice as a room spray.

See that's what confuses me, because the Holiday Traditions (VBN, WCA) candles are actually considered RealEssence candles according to the label on the bottom of the jar. So, I guess they were/are on sale for $15? I might call customer service tomorrow to ask, but since it is a new week now the price probably went back to $17 on all of them. The stores really do need to be more consistent about these things, especially at a time when most of the SAs are new for the holiday season.

It looks like there's a new Holiday scent up -- Frosted Orange Cream. I guess it only comes in anti-bac form? It looks really good, though!

Thanks for posting, SS! I check the site often but still managed to miss this.

I'm not usually very into citrus scents, but this one actually sounds really good! I'm guessing it would probably come in more than just Anti-Bac form, but I believe last year there were a few holiday scents that were Anti-Bac only. I hope that's not the case with this one though, because it sounds like it would be a great one to have as a body lotion.

That Frosted Orange Cream is definitely interesting. I have a feeling this one will be antibacs only like the almond & mistletoe scents last year. I'm not sure if that scent will be my type, but I'm definitely curious to smell it.

I read about this on MUA, and someone said it is supposed to smell like an Orange Dreamsicle. Smiler

When I saw this, I thought of you Fryl. I had a feeling you would probably like this scent. winking I cant wait to smell it, it almost seems like it would be a great summer scent.

I also got to smell the Evergreen scent the other day. I really liked it, it smells similar to Tree. I did like it better than Tree though.
