I didn't have the time to go today, and I'm honestly not too excited about this SAS yet. I have so much to use up right now that I don't really 'need' anything either.

However, if I could find it TD stuff would be unexpected and worth the time. What was available in Lemon Meringue, lovey? Thanks in advance for any idea of what may be out. Smiler

I love hearing about everyone’s hauls and what to keep an eye out for, even though I probably won't get to BBW until the end of the week.

Marissa, the only thing I saw in TD was the body wash. It would have been wonderful to find some body scrub! I love that stuff! Yes

I hit one out of the way store today and found a few good things. They had Vanilla Noir EDP at 75% off, TB Naked items at 50% off (got a mousse), White Citrus HFO's at 2/$5 and C.O. Bigelow moisturizers at 50% off (needed these). I grabbed a bunch of Wallflowers and found some in Fresh Lemonade! Smiler

I was able to use a $10 off $40 coupon too.

Thanks lovey. Smiler

I agree with you on the scrub, and I would also love to find a lotion as I don't have any LM stuff at all anymore, but I know the chances are beyond slim.

I still haven't hit a store, but I'm planning to go to 2 different ones near me by Fri. I'm sure the selection may change by then, so I'll see if any stores here would put some LM body wash aside for me if it's available.

I only saw one TD item at the sale. It was a few years old and had 'turned'.

If I recall correctly, the TD lotions and souffles had a poor shelf life from the get go.

Lovey, Lovey, Lovey...your products far excel anything TD ever produced!

I am SURE you could formulate a LM scrub soap and lotion which would be a thousand times better!

Thanks Jeff! Big Grin I mainly use my own products these days and whatever I have left in my stash. But there are some things that I will still buy when I catch them on sale. It's much cheaper than trying to formulate it and going through all the different scent combos to try to recreate. Call it lazy!! LOL I can actually make the scrub (at least I know what's in it!) but it's finding an exact scent match that has been my problem. But I haven't given up! Smiler

Have any of you seen any Creamy Coconut stuff? I wanted to use my coupon to get some of it, but I can't seem to find any around here! Confused

I haven't seen any at all, either. I also haven't seen any Water blossom ivy, Seaspray, Rice flower and Shea, as well as others.

I am glad to see that some classics are featured that have not been over the last couple of years. Cool Citrus Basil and Lemongrass Sage were pleasant surprises.

I went to the flagship today & didn't really see anything too exciting. The "rare" stuff was White Cherry Blossom lotion, Magnolia Blossom shower gel, & Pink Grapefruit mini splashes.

One thing I did notice is that the current antibac packaging is being clearanced out. Frowner I saw the new packaging for it today & it is super ugly. It looks generic & the bottles are chunky. Crap To be honest, it looks reminiscent of something I'd find at a pediatrician's office than near my bathroom sink. Yea, that's how much I hate it. I wasn't planning on buying any new antibacs, but I had to stock up on the old packaging.

Hi! Smiler I don't post on this board often, but I was wondering about something. I have a friend who made a phone order to a store and was able to use 4 survey coupons on her order. I also made a phone order to one store in NJ and the SA was very nice, split my order into two transactions (charged $6 shipping on one transaction) in order to use 2 of my $10 off $30 survey coupons. But another store in Ohio refused to take more than one survey coupon, even though my order was actually a lot larger, saying she had to do it all in one transaction and it was one coupon per transaction. She also justified her position by pointing out that I had gotten free shipping on the order (this was because I had an issue with another store which told me incorrectly that they even don't do phone orders, so BBW customer service as a courtesy located my items at this store and told them to give me free shipping).

I made this phone order after they closed b/c that is when they told me to call in. Then in the morning when they opened I called and (lucky me) got the same cranky SA (she certainly did not seem happy at all that I was buying things from their store). I wanted to add to my order but she claimed that it had already been packed and rung and she would have to charge me shipping. I was surprised since I called in my order after they had closed Friday night and it was 10AM Saturday when I called again, and they had told me Fedex does not even pick up until Monday.

Also again she said would only be able to take 1 coupon on the second order even if it was much much larger than $30. She claimed this was the policy. I am wondering if she was telling the truth? It seems each store is making up their own rules about phone orders. Thanks!

I think you should call back and talk to the manager at that store, if you don't get satisfaction from him/her call Bath and Body Customer Service again. Its been a while since I have worked there, but I think she is full of it too. Good luck, let us know what happens!

Thanks! I was planning to take my receipts and coupons to my local BBW since they are pretty nice there and I am pretty sure that I can have them re-ring the purchases so that I can get my coupons applied. But the shipping on the "second" order kind of sucked.

I don't know if I really want any more headaches from that store so I might not bother calling there again. The only reason I went ahead and ordered is that they had the stuff I was looking for in good supply, otherwise with her attitude I would have skipped it. Frowner

too bad about your experience, bearydoll.

i would also mention the lack of consistency from store to store in rules,i think all bbws should be the same when it comes to coupons, shipping, but unfortunately they are lacking in that dept.

its good that you found what you wanted though

There are five new designs being tested for the Anti-Bacterial Hand Soaps.
Roughly 20 stores in the country are participating in a special test, in which four different stores will temporarily carry each "new style" Anti-Bac.

Based on the feedback we have gotten at our Flagship store for our new design, I doubt the Company will go forward.
I'm not sure if our store (Danbury, CT) had the same design as yours, but the bottles are shorter and rounder, going for $5.25 each. Maybe 1/3 of the customers like them, but most think that the size and shape and not appealing, plus it's difficult to distinguish the different flavors and forms.

Some stores are testing the "current Anti-Bac" packaging, while others are testing the current packaging with newer labels, ones that are sleek and mimic the new Signature Collection packaging.

Which store did you go to that had these?

When it comes to coupons, the Company policy is only one per transaction, unless the coupon or discount clearly states that it can be combined with other offers.

Read the fine print on the coupon and they'll almost always say "cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or coupons", or something to that nature.
For the $10 off $30, if it does not say that on the receipt, I know that it tells you the details as you're completing the survey.

Yes but the point is that she could have done multiple transactions to allow use of multiple coupons (just like they do in the store) and put them all in the same box. I have done this in the past on phone orders. I just did it in fact with the nice SA at the NJ store. She let me use 2 coupons over the phone again just now. AND, she is adding the stuff to the items I ordered from her store on Friday (since it is shipping out Monday AM) so that there is just one shipping cost, and she even said to call back by 5 or so if I want to add to it again.

I am going to call BBW CS tomorrow and let them know I was very dissatisified with the Ohio store. I did tell them already on Friday that the NJ SA was very nice. But by the time I was having difficulties with the Ohio store, they were closed. It wasn't just about her not wanting to use my coupons or her wanting to charge me additional shipping for adding the items when I know the first order wasnt even sent out yet, much less packed. It was her whole tone of voice and attitude. She seemed like she couldnt wait to get rid of me and wasnt really in the least bit interested in having me as her customer, like she was doing me a huge favor or something, when I just spent a lot of money at her store. I almost want to cancel the whole order and see what she says Butt

technically, the charge for shipping is supposed to be added to each order (i.e. transaction), but that is a situation in which the SA should make the customer's (your) day by overriding this.

Some people play things too by-the-book!
