I think that the VB smells much better in the bottle than on my skin.

There were a few testers of Bodycology stuff in my WalMart, so I grabbed what I *thought* was Vanilla Buttercream lotion and squirted a bit on my hand. I immediately said aloud, "Oooh! Yum!" and started rubbing it in excitedly. Then my brain registered that this scent was similar to the Ile de Tahiti stuff, and I looked down at the bottle. It was White Gardenia! Bonk

So I found what I was 100% sure was VB and put some on my other arm. It was ok...it still smelled like a Cabbage Patch Kid, I think. I don;t think my body chemistry is cut out for me to wear Vanilla Buttercream. Here's hoping that Frosting Forever gets along with my skin better!

In any case, now I know that I quite like White Gardenia! rofl

i found this yesterday too, at a walmart
that is extremely small.
they had nothing for a selection of this stuff
at all.
i think i got the line confused with the one
at cvs, which is essence of beauty.
which has a clv dupe and a nice tart lemon
scent.
they did have one gardenia there and i thought
i didnt smell like gardenia at all, kinda chalky
anyway.they have a amber type, but it smells
nothing like sa from bbw.
im going out today in hope of smelling the vanilla one.

Natilee, jade may be right. They are slow to release Bodycology products here as well. Just depends on what Walmart you go to. The smallest one in my area seems to get new products on the shelves much faster although they didn't even have Bodycology for a long while after bigger stores. idunno

I can't get enough of Bodycology Vanilla Buttercream. It's such an awesome scent. I recently lost my tube of VB body cream. Banghead I think it fell out of my handbag or something (stupid Chloe bag with the stupid bottom compartment) Gonnagetit, but I still have a mini tube and a lotion.
I can't find the body cream at WalMart, it seems to be sold out everytime I go there. They were out of the lotion too.

The VB stuff still hasn't shown up at Meijer, and they do carry Bodycology stuff.
I hope I don't have to wait much longer. crossfingers

Yes, it's definitely easy to mix. I'm glad you're enjoying it. I haven't used it in a while because my lotion pump broke!! It's a pain to open the top.

I got a body cream of this last night and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! This is how my buttercream should smell. It's creamy, sweet, and foody scent lovers would adore this. It's only about 3.97 or so for an 8oz tube!!!

I'm hooked!

Thumbsup Thumbsup

I am so happy that you like VB, and that you were finally able to find some of the body cream. I share the same thought as you that that's what buttercream is supposed to smell like.
You can't beat the price either, and the quality is excellent.Yes

Anan, you are so right about VB. Bodycology has perfected this scent to the T. I had already gotten a few of the lotions but I found the creams just a couple of nights ago. I bought the last 4 bottles! I now have 3 lotions, 4 creams, 1 full size mist and 2 mini mists in this scent! Can you tell I love it? lol Big Grin

I may have to give this scent another sniff. Hopefully next time I try it, it won't smell like a Cabbage Patch Kid.
