I've recently become interested in this line. Thus far, I've pretty much ignored it and figured it was just for kids. However, my sister gave me a creamy mint lipgloss that I LOVE, and so I've been looking into it a bit more.

A lot of the products look like fun-- the scents are simple and whimsical. Any thoughts this line? What is the quality of the lotions? Also, I've been looking into new haircare products and the Vanilla shampoo and conditioner sound really yummy.

The only AG item I've tried is the White Chocolate Mint gloss, and I love it! Smiler

I have several of the lip glosses and they are really good lip glosses, some of the best I've ever used. They smell, taste, and look very nice. Most are pretty sheer since they are targeted for young girls and all, but they are a nice gloss-and very affordable, too!

I also like the Candy Apple lip balm. I had the Vanilla Malt gloss and the Orange Cream gloss, but I gave both of those away. I din't care for the Vanilla, and I had never tried the Orange, but I figured I'd never use it. I've been wanting to try the Coconut Milk bar of soap, but I haven't yet. I think I'd love it though, seeing as the CM butter is so wonderful.

I love some of the AG lipglosses, they smell great. But I never bought any because I already have so many. Since I love strawberry scents so much, I checked out the strawberries & cream, but was dissapointed. I may still get some of those lipglosses though.

I am not an American Girl but enjoy the coconut milk body butter and hand cream. Packaging is of course 'girly'..duh. Doesn't stop me from using the product tho. The perfume is nasty however.

HUGE RAVE! I decided to splurge on the AG Creamy Vanilla shampoo and conditioner and the "My Way" tropical hair gel. I am so happy I did! They work great! Love I have shoulder-length, thick, curly/wavy hair. Think Jennifer Grey in Dirty Dancing.

The shampoo and conditioner have an interesting, but pleasant, smell. It is actually a mix of vanilla and jasmine, not creamy vanilla. It's unique, and I think I like it. In the shower, I was intially not overly impressed with the results. My hair felt silky and clean, and was tangle free. However, I get similiar results from my Tressemme Vitamin E.

I applied a liberal amount of the My Way gel and scrunched it into my damp hair. The gel was not sticky at all, smelled great, and 'absorbed' quickly. After doing this, I could already tell that my hair had much more body than usual.

My hair dried perfectly, and left my hair very curly, soft, and defined. The gel leaves very little crunch, and that can be scrunched out as the hair dries. I think it has the perfect amount of hold, yet does not weigh down my hair.

I met one of my friends today for lunch today and she commented how curly and cute my hair looked. I've used the products for three days now, and have had the best three hair days I've had in a long while. I definately reccomend this line-- ya'll should buy it so it's not discontinued!Smiler The bottles do look cute in the shower, too, even though they are made for 11-year-olds. Razzer

I used the styling gel today (in combination w/ my Garnier Curl Construct mousse). At first my hair was very 'crunchy' and I hated it, but after I ran my hands through and broke up the stiffness, I was left with very loose, soft waves. And, they stayed all day, too, which is a plus and something that doesn't happen often with my hair.

By the end of using my Coconut Milk butter, it had broken out my skin horribly. I'm now trying to correct the damage with my Lychee butter.
