I'm new |
Hey all,
I did some online shopping for natural and organic skin care / bath and body products. I have been searching for skin care as natural as it can get. I did find Best Bath Store and went on a shopping spree (one of those days..). I tried the dead sea facial scrub, mud mask and their bath bombs - which smelled really good. I'm a relax-in-the-bath fanatic and those were perfect for me. Has anyone else tried Best Bath Store products? Any other suggestions for natural products? I'm looking forward to you responses! |

Jennifer,
Hi I've had excellent results from two lines. Dr Hauschka, which is organic, and available in better health food stores and some Sephora Stores as well as 'on line'. I worked as an aesthetician for them for awhile in the late 80s. Another line which is great is Martina Gebhardt Naturkosmetik. I like their rose skin care line. Martina has an excellent dead sea line as well as items for special skin care needs. You can check out this line at www.eco-beauty.com A catalog is available from Eco-Beauty Organics @ (208)267-9819 I can personally vouch for the purity of these companies. Unlike some of the sketchy 'dead sea' items hawked at mall kiosks. Prices are rather reasonable in comparison to department store skin care products or 'cosmeticueticals' which Sephora sells. Of course, I use some Avon products as well a lot greasy mineral oil/petrolatum moisturizers. Have not had a pimple since the 80s. The price for gas is more scary than cosmetic ingredients. So is putting soy in most food items. Hope I've given you some useful information as well as a chuckle! |
