Has anyone else seen this? I know a lot of you aren't into Philosophy but I sure am. Check this out if interested.

That scent sounds really appealing to me. Smiler However, I'm not a fan of shimmer lotions - I wish the kit contained a "regular" lotion.

I've seen this before. I think they had it last year too. The little suitcase is so cute! I really like this set too but i'm not into shimmer stuff either so I probably won't buy it myself. However, if I ever received one as a gift I wouldn't complain Wink

This is a new scent. Last year's were Gingerbread Man and Ice Cream Man. I still have the Gingerbread Man souffle somewhere.
Smiler

Edited to add: The Muffin Man was also a last year's scent.

Ohhhhhhhh thats so adorable winking. I'd get it just because it's so cute Crazy.
I am pretty partial to chocolate scents these days...and I think my only issue with Philosophy is that they aren't long lasting at all.
BUT I'd totally be up for trying this Yes!

Thanks for posting the link Olfactorygirl Flower.

That's why I got them too last year, because of their cuteness.Big Grin
But honestly, the souffles weren't very good. Maybe I should try the lip glosses instead, because I want my body washes to last a little longer too.

Well Fryl everything you've scent me/recommended have all been winners and in our ping-pong PMs winking (and our non swaps Rotflol) I've realized our tastes (give or take a product or two) are pretty parallel (scent-mates perhaps? winking.), so I trust your taste for sureYes.
What about the souffles didn't you like?
And I hear you...philosophy needs to work on the lasting power of their shower products Frowner.

I never used the actual souffles, I swapt one away and one (Gingerbread Man) is somewhere in my closet but I did use the samples of the souffles that I had been given. They have shimmer in them, and they feel like liquid plastic to me. Maybe it's just me but I just didn't like the texture of the souffles. When I think of souffle, I think of something fluffy and airy.

Those look way cute. I'm actually most intrigued by the Pumpkin Pie 3in1 on the Holiday Favorites page. I've never tried any Philosophy stuff though, mainly b/c of price.

I agree with you completely Yes!!! Then again we do have similar tastes winking. A souffle even more decadent than D is the whipped body souffle from Ulta including Sabon's, Sohum's, and Urban Rituelle's body balms and butter creams Love. SOOO yummy.

I have the same attitudes on Philosophy as I do on Jaqua. Read my post in the "Worst BBW Products Poll of 2006" for more information. Basically, I think the products are way too over prices and aren't worth it. I don't dislike them; I'd like receiving them as gifts, but they're definitely not something I would pay full price for.

I agree, Wendy. $38 for a 8 oz shower gel, lip gloss, and a 2 oz souffle is ridicoulous IMO.

I forgot I posted this... what I didn't really take a close look at it when I posted it actually. Yeah shimmer lotion is a little overrated now huh!?

I love Philosophy products. I can see why a lot of people don't though. I wish the scent lasted longer on the shower gels, but other then that I can't really complain. I really like Amazing and Pure Grace. Their souffles and edt's last all day on me. I also love the gingerbread man scent! Their scrubs are really good too. Not greasy at all and THICK!!! Are they worth the price though?? The scrubs and edts, yes... The rest no, probably not. idunno I go in phases with Philosophy.

Their Gingerbread Man scrub is AMAZING! It's one of my all-time favorite scrubs. It does smell more like gingerale than like gingerbread, though.

I wish you hadn't posted this, Olfactorygirl, because now I am really tempted to get some, just because I love those little men on the packaging. I won't be getting the souffles though, but maybe the trio of lipglosses?
