I used to stand cottom blosson in the anti-bac soap but I put some out the other day and man it mad me gag I had to put it right back under the sink where it came from. Ohh here's a new one my BF's mom gave us some kitchen spice anti-bac
all i got to say is where's the spice all i smell is B.O. smells like sweat or somthing ugghh I don't think I could even give it away any one want it?

You know, I think if Cotton Blossom was more faint, then it would be a great scent. I got some hand cream on sale in that scent, and it's just too strong. It is one of those nice clean scents, but it's in overdrive.

I have decide that the ONLY 2 things that I cannot stomach, are Creme Brulee and Sandalwood rose. Everything else, I dont mind.

I don't know if these came out in 2005, but the worst ones of all are:

coco cabana
gardenia lily
green tea and cucumber (ick times 10)
romance
100% pure white chocolate

Moonlight Path is just too strong! One of my older brothers likes this scent a lot, and one of my friends recently fell in love with it. She claims to wear it to bed every night. Personally, I think it would keep me from falling asleep. Another friend of mine likes it too. I don't get it.

Aromatherapy Jasmine Vanilla is pretty disgusting too!

I think I may have posted this somewhere before, I don't remember... but I despise the Ylang Rose Aromatherapy scent. It smells just like a dentist's gloves to me. I just can't hack that scent at all. Not sure if that was a 2005 scent, but whatever year it came out, it's horrible!

I have to agree, TD Junkie. I was sucked in and bought a small kit because it said "Sensual," and boy did I regret it. I ended up giving it all away.

Wendy, you bought it because it said "Sensual" and that reminds me of why I had bought Breathe "Romance" and it was b/c it said "Romance" and I thought maybe the man would like it. Breathe Romance: the WORST product that they put on the shelf in 05, (but in my opinion only).

JANUARY 2005

Winners: Tutti Dolci filled candles, the Island Spa collection, CO Bigelow quince hand lotion, chapped hands cleanser, mentha lip shine, lemon body cream.

Losers: Ylang Rose and Lemongrass Mandarin in Aromatherapy, everything else in CO Bigelow.

FEBRUARY 2005

Winners: Yikes.

Losers: The other 50 products introduced from CO Bigelow, the Pure Simplicity Cocoa Restorative Bath Soak.

MARCH 2005

Winners: Tonka Bean filled candle in Henri Bendel Home, Cherry Blossom, Spa suncare.

Losers: St. Tropez suncare.

APRIL 2005

Winners: Lavender & Acacia Le Couvent, Violet Bouquet, Gardenia, Citrus Blossom candle in Henri Bendel Home, Peony wallflowers.

Losers: Orange Sandalwood and Lavender Mimosa in Aromatherapy (they need to FIRE their aromatherapy team -- they introduced FOUR shitty fragrances in less than 2 months!), Pure Simplicity soy body and face care, Mandarin Verbena in Henri Bendel, and the four new body soaps in CO Bigelow. Oh yeah -- and the rose body silk and hydrating gel in Bigelow. This is when I started calling Co Bigelow "CO BigeBLOW." Hehe.

MAY 2005

Winners: Raspberry Granita, Mango Sorbetto, and Pineapple Chiffon in Tutti Dolci, Frozen Daiquiri, Tropical Colada, Pure Simplicity SPF face care.

Losers: Circle of Friends strawberry, root beer, and banana body care, Goldie (if you're going to market to kids, then adjust the damn prices), Apple Martini.

JUNE 2005 - June sale.

JULY 2005

Winners: None, lol.

Losers: Breathe, and CO Bigelow body care.

AUGUST 2005

Winners: Black Raspberry Vanilla antibacterial collection, Cherry Blossom wallflowers, the Perfect Autumn collection.

Losers: American Girl!, Nori and Licorice face care in Pure Simplicity.

SEPTEMBER 2005

Winners: The Tutti Dolci Italian Caffe collection, Brown Sugar and Fig, the 6 new Pure Simplicity body butters, Be More Pacific monoi oil shower cream in Spa.

Losers: Fresh Vanilla, Breathe in shower moisturizers, XL sized hand soap in Aromatherapy.

OCTOBER 2005

Winners: Holiday Sweets collection, Shimmer products in FBC, online shopping, home fragrance oils, mentha lip tints, Perfect Christmas collection.

Losers: Orange Cinnamon in Le Couvent, the SAME three fragrances in body care for Christmas as the year before, the big-ass container of lemon body cream in Bigeblow, Breathe roll-on oils, Truly Me! in American Girl.

Well...

Personally, I think 2003 was a MUCH bigger year for the company than 2004 OR 2005. 2005 had a lot of potential, but unfortunately the wonderful things that came out of that year were diminished by the products that disappointed. Just as a reminder, here's what 2003 brought us:

* Coconut Lime Verbena!
