I want to know if you have experienced either of the following scenarios with BBW products:

A) ignored a scent assuming you wouldn't like it; OR disliked a scent at first sniff; OR received a certain fragrance as a gift and were secretly unhappy, -- but you tried it anyway and ended up really LOVING said fragrance

B) loved a scent at first sniff and purchased a bunch of products in the same scent, but now you cannot stand the smell of it and it makes your stomach churn

For me, I experienced scenario B with Sensual Amber. I have normally always loved rich, spicy, musky scents and when this first came out I got the lotion and shower gel and splash. A week or so later I ended up giving them away because the smell was making me feel queasy. I guess the combination of sweet and spicy amber notes did not set with me ugh. After that I shunned all of the other "amber" scents BBW came out with. Even looking at them makes me feel kind of ill lol. Crap

As for scenario A, I never bothered with Rice Flower and Shea while it was in stores. I don't know, the name and color I guess just did nothing to entice or excite me. What the heck is a rice flower supposed to smell like anyway? Well, I bought some on a whim online and it has become one of my favorites.

I have definitely experienced both options. Yes I never paid attention to Peach Nectar, normally peach scents never quite smell right to me. At one of the SAS I decided to smell it, and that is my favorite BBW scent now. Of course now that its not available. rofl I also did the same thing with Grapefruit.

My favorite scent used to be Sun Ripened Raspberry. If I even sniff it now, I feel sick. puke I am beginning to feel the same about Japanese Cherry Blossom, and Warm Vanilla Sugar.

oh my goodness!! i was just thinking about this earlier as i was getting ready this morning!! i have 're-discovered' two very popular scents and love them!! Its Sweet Pea and Coconut Lime Verbena. I hated them before, well maybe i didnt hate them, but i never even looked their way in the store! i would pass right by them. ANy time i smelled the very distinct Coconut Lime Verb i would gag and get away from it. It was so trendy and distinctive, i think i hated it just because i smelled it on someone else first. haha- whatever. But now i just purchased the conditioner in Coconut Lime Verb and i just absolutly love it. And now im addicted to Sweet Pea. I know everyone is bored with Sweet Pea, but its like i just discovered it. And i want to try the Rice Flower and Shea one again. I used to hate it but now im getting urges for it!!! SSSOOOOOo weird!!?
