Are you supposed to receive an e-mail confirmation from IOE? I can't remember. I only got my PayPal confirmation e-mail so far.
And how long does it take for your order to show up in the order history? I accidentally closed my window so I don't know my order number.

Rats, I think something went wrong because when I log into my account, I can still see the items in my cart.
My Paypal payment did go through though. SIGH!

I did some checking, and apparently you have to click to be redirected back to the IoE website for your order to show up. So I've e-mailed Alexa to let her know, and hopefully she'll retrieve my order from my shopping cart.
I should have paid better attention.

I sent Alexa another e-mail right after I had sent the first one, requesting a refund so I can re-order. I got the refund not too long after.
Okay, here's to hoping it gets done right this time.

I did read that on when you use paypal you have to redirect back to the site. I was tired last night when I placed my order, so I just used my credit card. I figured I would screw it up if I did paypal. I received my email confirmation, and I checked and its in my account history as well. I hope it works for you this time.

I placed my order first thing this morning, which wasn't a good idea apparently either.

I only buy the roll-ons, because they're small and cheaper too.
I was able to place another order succesfully. Sometimes there's a glitch with Paypal and you don't get redirected automatically, so you have to click the link yourself.
I got my IoE confirmation e-mail and my order is showing up in the order history.

I'm thinking about placing another order. Yikes! I looked at the new upside down sundaes and the only one I'm interested in is the Peach Creamsicle one. All the other ones don't interest me. I think I am going to get some of the Halloween themed scents though. Any recommendations? Or maybe some of the Retired/Alexa's favorites?

MAnne, everything on the site is on sale. The $2.14 shipping option shows up automatically at checkout, but the price adjustment doesn't show up for the items until after you enter the Vday code.

But you can also use the calculator on your computer to figure out what the adjusted price would be to help you plot your order. That's what I always do.
