I order from IOE regularly, so I'm willing to deal w/ a longer TAT for custom made products. Their TAT lately has usually been around 4-5 wks. & the info on what orders are being worked on is kept up to date, so I feel confident when I order from them. The other etailers I order from fairly regularly are MCS & Villainess. Villainess is only premade products, so her TAT has been a few days. I know MCS offers custom orders, but I prefer to order premade products from her. What I don't like is when I hear about etailer orders taking 2-3 months to be shipped out & said etailer decides not to keep you informed about what's going on. There are certain etailers that I've heard those types of stories about & I'll never order from them.

With etailers I kind of expect a long TAT, and I am fine with it. As long as like Megan mentioned, it doesn't take 2-3 months without being kept in the loop about your order.

I agree with Gizmo, as long as the posted TAT is what it actually is, I'm fine with it. Then I know what I'm getting into.

I don't mind a longer TAT as long as I know what I'm getting myself into. I really appreciate seeing updates on what order numbers are being worked on (like at IoE and JJE).
I also don't mind waiting for an order if I know I love the products (IoE's scrubs, CP hair stuff).

I am fine with long TAT when it is something I really want. I would also order a lot so that when I get my order, I'm stocked up for a while. I also like to be updated if things are taking longer than expected.
