I'm so sorry to hear about all this! I think the most stories I've heard are ones about leaking roll-ons.

I've had leaking problems with other e-tailers too. I make sure not to order scrubs from LemonBay because they always leak. Everything else is so perfect, though, that I always order from them anyway. Well, they're under new ownership now, so that might not be a problem anymore.

i thought this was weird, i just got an email
yesterday, that my missing item, from suds
and light, will be shipped to me, Confused
its been about a month since i got my order and
never got correspondence till now,so i guess ill
get my missing item after all. Smiler

I just wanted to post that everyone should be wary of ordering.... I've been reading many negative things about S&L lately on other forums, lots of people have paid for items and she never ships, and ignores all emails. However, she still finds time to update her site, add new scents, etc.... I've even read that people are out $70+ for orders. It's getting very ugly, and I would hate for anyone here to be ripped off too. Of course, there are some who order and never have a problem - but it's just not worth the risk to me, plus I would not feel comfortable supporting someone who does this to other consumers.

I have never gone beyond one order, but I definitely plan on not ever buying from S&L again.

I've read that stuff too. I ordered from Suds one time and wasn't pleased with anything, really. The scrub was leaky, and the products made me break out. No CS problems, but this doesn't sound good for Suds....

I've read a lot of negative stuff about Suds on other forums too. I wouldn't order from them anyway b/c I just wasn't interested in her stuff. But her CS being bad kinda shocked me b/c I heard raves about this place for her CS from other people.

It's gotten so bad that I think that a lot of her loyal customers aren't ordering from her anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if she ended up going out of business from this. Roll Eyes

I really liked her products and I would definitely have ordered again. But when I had a problem and she never responded, that was the end of my relationship with this etailer. There are too many others to order from. I will miss her Strawberry Noel though.
