I have been eyeing this site for a while now, and I'm still not sure if and what to order.
I'm really interested in these scents:

Cream Complexion
Take a sweet, sticky marshmallow and roll it in coconut flakes and roast over an open fire to achieve the deliciousness of this scent! Think coconut, think marshmallow, think a bit of toasty vanilla! Think Yum!

Red Licorice
A mixture of red sweetness, a little strawberry and a little cherry with a sugary candy finish!

Pink Marshmallow
Sweet Marshmallow puff kissed with the most perfect bright pink cotton candy scent you have ever smelled!

Has anybody tried one of those scents? Or any marshmallow scents from them in general? I'm really curious to know if her Marshmallow is true, if it's more of a creamy sweet marshmallow or more "toasted"?
I'm just really picky about my marshmallow scents.
I'd just hate to pay 26 bucks per bottle plus the overseas shipping costs just to find out I don't really like the scent.

Any help would be appreciated. TIA

I think her packaging is very creative. And I noticed that she now has some tarts available. They look pretty. Right now, they look to be on sale for only $1. I'll have to keep this in mind for when I eventually get around to burning tarts.

Also, the reviews I've read on MUA have stated that her TAT is quite good.

I've checked out their website many times, and have always been tempted to order, but the prices are a little high for me, especially if I'd end up not liking what I'd ordered.

Just wanted to let you know that I did place that order and recieved my parfumes a couple of days ago.
So here's the reviews:

Red Licorice:
This smells kind of funny, I don't know how to describe it, first I get a sugary cherry scent, but it soon turns into something that I suppose should be licorice. It's really hard to explain but it's not what I expected.

Cream Complexion:
Smells really "toasted", like toasted coconut and almost burned marshmallow. But after a couple of seconds it turns into a nice, not to sweet coconut marshmallow scent. I like it but don't love it

Pink Marshmallow:
OMG this is heavenly
It's so well blended, smells like warm Cotton Candy and melted Marshmallow Cream. I only wore this once to work and everybody told me how good I smelled! I'm going to hoard this!! This is so me!
I highly recommend this to anybody that likes sweet scent. It really smells pink!

I also recieved a sample of Arm Candy which isn't really my thing, smells kind of like funnel cake and caramel, very strong and kind of fake.


Anyway I already placed another order which should be here next week.

hi there all! some of the starring fragrances i've tried i've gotten from swaps on mua one recent one i've tried is honey dew it again i wasnt sure about it but its really good after i put it on another is femme fatale this is a stronger version of warm vanilla sugar its ok but not my fav

i also have the pin up which is one of my favorites it smells so good! lol

frosted tips is good too i like to layer that with my marshmallow roll on

hollywood roast is really good too

the only thing is if they leak some you cant read the label for nothing! lol so i have to go by smell to tell which one is which sometimes!

Hi Girls I recieved my 2nd order last week so here go my reviews:

My custom Ice Cream Scoop: this is labeled "custom cake slice" but it doesnt really matter, anyway the notes are:
Caramel Milk Glaze, Marshmallow Cream, Whipped Cream, Vanilla Bean Dream, Birthday Cake Slice

This turned out really nice just how I wanted it to be, as you can see I mixed a lot of "creamy" scents with the caramel cuz I don't really like that fake, overly gooey and buttery caramel, I wanted my caramel to be creamy and sweet and that's just how it smells. Kind of like VBN at first (I love VBN so that's a good thing) but with just a hint more caramel. It's hard to describe but it smells really creamy and yummy, like a creamy caramel cake.

With a Cherry on Top: smells good too, cherry is the most dominant note in this, it smells like a sweet and tart juicy black cherry, the marshmallow and cake notes are in the background but make this a bit more creamy and sweet.

Baked Marshmallow Mint Cake the roll on is kind of lightly scented, but I guess it just needs a little bit of curing, it smells just like the name though. lol I know, not the best review but all I can really say is that it smells minty, cakey with a hint of creamy marshmallow.

Pear Lemon Glazed Marshmallow Cream this doesn't smell like marshmallow or pear at all to me. It kind of smells soapy. I got this in a whim and soon after I placed my order I kind of thought dang I'm probably not gonna like it and I was right. lol
I'm going to let this cure and see if the scent changes.

I also recieved a sample sugar scrub in Minty Child Star, which smells like mint cookies, a little bit like IoE Bombshell without the marshmallow. It's a nice scent, but I think it would be better without the mint, maybe I'll add something in Child Star to my next order.


I already placed another order to get the Boo-Berry Marshmallow, it was sold out for a while and when I saw it back I had to get it. I also included a Custom Cake Slice (notes: Cool White Icing, Sweet Cupcake, Pink Swirl, Blue Raspberry Dust). I love those custom blends, I wanted to get a custom Milkshake so bad but by the time I ordered they pulled it off the site

Oh and nvmom, thanks for your reviews and the leaking thing, I put clear tape over the labels now so they wont get smudgy I'd hate to not know which is which.

A couple of weeks ago, I was looking at their tart site & noticed it had been revamped a little. Their tarts have a Wiccan theme now, but it looks more like cute Halloween stuff. I'm contemplating an order there now since I have an electric burner, but it's all a matter of fitting it in with other stuff.

No it wasn't colored. I actually used it last night and it wasn't as "scrubby" as IoE scrubs. Also it was kind of liquid-y.
So, I'll stick with IoE for scrubs

Thanks for the info, Nbgs. Somehow I have a feeling that I won't be able to get into their B&B products. But I still do plan on getting around to trying their tarts eventually.

I tried several of their layered tarts last summer and I did not have good luck with any of them. Any that had fruit scent just smelled like a light Hi C fruit drink to me. Mostly just a light to no throw for me. I think they would be better to get a good blend with the proper proportion of notes rather than the layers. Most of the scents didn't come through. This is my opinion only. There was no response to my e-mail about the products.

I got my other order a while ago too which was:
1oz Boo-Berry Marshmallows (smells good in the bottle but I didn't try it on yet)

1oz Custom Cake (I was hoping for more Blue Raspberry but it's still good, but there's something in there that kind of bothers me, it's strong when you first spray it but settles down after a few seconds, smells kind of buttery, I'm assuming it's the Pink Swirl)

And I recieved a sample of Femme Fatale Lotion, which I think smells kind of like VS Vanilla Lace but a bit stronger on the powdery scent.


And of course I couldn't resist the sale
This will be my last starring order for now, I won't order anymore until the Holiday stuff comes out (in case I like some of those)

Since I was interested in trying Starring's tarts, I went to visit their Etsy website, but there were only 5 listings there. I then randomly decided to visit Starring's perfume site & noticed they had some tart collections on there (Whispering Tree, Kitchen Spy, & Buddhist). I was naughty & placed a small tart order.

Tarts I Ordered:
Brahma (Buddhist collection)
Damaru (Buddhist collection)
Karma (Buddhist collection, note that this is not a Lush type)
Octopastry (Kitchen Spy collection)

So I'm looking forward to getting these.

I got my tarts today & I like most of them.

Brahma: The scent is supposed to be a strawberry shortcake scent. It actually smells like Fruit Rollups, which is fine by me.
Damaru: The scent is listed as "sugar rolls covered in maple cream". It smells like maple syrup.
Karma: This was my only miss. It's described as "bear claw donuts dusted with kitchen spice". Unfortunately, I only smell the spice & it's too cinnamony for me.
Octopastry: This is supposed to be a sweet almond scent & it smells exactly like its description.

The only other thing to note is that the tarts from the Buddhist collection had 2 different colors layered on top of each other. I thought the color choices were kind of random, but for the most part they smelled good, so I didn't really care. I'll take some photos later so everyone can see what they look like.

I've been swapping a lot on MUA and actually received my first Starring Fragrances EDP through a swap. I received a 1oz EDP of "The Pin Up," it smells soo good!

Does anyone else use the EDPs from Starring Fragrances? I'm interested in learning more about their current scents if anyone has some thoughts/opinions!

The little star in the bottle is a really cute idea!
