OH wow wow Tracey those are a lot of samples Big Grin. Pardon my B&B ignorance but where did you purchase all of this from? Is this sample box sort of like what they do at "The Little Black Box" or is this different?

I am intrigued Yes.

Enjoy your new sampler goodie haul Woot.

PS: You've got moo-mail with a little surprise attached to it winking.

Hi there ladies...I am sorry, I thought everyone knew about LC.

It is a company called lemming central (Link to info about boxes) and every two or three months they put together a sampler box with a ton of wonderful samples from a bunch of e-tailers.

It is a wonderful way to try new e-tailers and their products. The last package I received had candles, tarts, perfume, Fragrance oil, soaps, lotions and makeup.

Natilee ~ I will have to take a picture once it comes in and I will definately give you some reviews Smiler

Kimmer ~ hmmm....what is "little black box"? (enquiring minds want to know Big Grin)

pssttt...you have Mail too

Inquiring Minds (amongst them: Tracey winking ) - "The Little Black Box" is a company that sends out about 100 boxes per month (that customers pay to purchase) and includes a variation of different types of samples (inter alia, candles, melts, scrubs, bath bombs, gift vouchers, teas, lotions, creams, coupon codes, hair care, cosmetics, etc.) from a variety of different etailers/companies that vary each month. At times the boxes contain a certain theme which is cute...but there isn't always a theme to each box.

The site compiles a list of etailers/companies that are included within the box for that specific month and you can decide whether you want to purchase the box during that month or not. Each box costs $22.50 - and they all contain the same amount of samples.
This is a pretty interesting service as it provides advertising on behalf of the company/etailer and gives the customer the chance to sample before purchasing full sized products and it introduces customers to new etailers/companies and new products.

The concept is pretty awesome.

Here is a link to their FAQ page if you're interested in reading up on it further or if you're interested in purchasing a "Little Black Box".

The Little Black Box - FAQ.

HTH some Thumbsup!

Kimmer ~ Thank you very much for the info! I had never heard of that company before but it sounds like the same thing that Lemming Central does.

My package is arriving tomorrow and I can't wait to go through all the e-tailer goodies.

The family and I are going to Maine this weekend, so I won't be able to review the products until next week.

Kimmer ~ Mail

Tracey - You're most welcome girly flowers! I know about "The Little Black Box" after I've heard so much about it on the B&B board on MUA which is what stemmed me to find out more. I've heard of Lemming Central as well, albeit very very little, and wasn't aware that the two acted similarly Big Grin.
I'll have to check out LC now winking. Thank YOU for mentioning it Thumbsup.

Also - again, enjoy your new goodies. I look forward to the review you'll be giving us once you've tried them rofl.

Have fun on your trip to Maine and keep safe hug!

PS: Tag. You're it -> Mail winking.

Kimmer/Tracey: Thanks for the information on both those companies! I'd never heard of either before. I may just have to participate. It sounds like Christmas once a month. Rotflol

And what a great business idea! Wish I'd thought of it. Smiler
