I got my order from Lovey today.
In addition to the stuff I ordered, Lovey also sent me a full-sized Cherry Cola anti-bacterial hand soap and a Wildberry Zinger soap sample.
As I am not able to post a review right now, I have asked my husband to.
Here are his thoughts, and feel free not to take them seriously.
Cherry Cola: I asked him what this smelled like, and he said "Cherry Cola!". I was surprised he got it right because usually he gets everything wrong!
Banana Cream Pie: LEKKER!!!! (Dutch for sweet/ delicious) Very realistic. Can we burn it right now?!
Caramel Nut Cluster: Hmmm very nice, smells like maple.
Wildberry Zinger: I don't know, it's very subtle.
Cotton Candy: I like it.

I also received my orderly from Lovey today.

She also sent me a Coconut body lotion and a Wildberry Zinger soap sample.

I ordered the dry oil spray and lotion in Vanilla Bean and Red Velvet Cake.

Can we say !!

Vanilla Bean is to die for! It's very rich and reminds me of Kiehl's Vanilla perfume which is very $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Lovey's Vanilla is the best one out there!

The Red Velvet Cake is nothing short of AMAZING!
It is so rich and buttery you just want to EAT it. I dare say it is right up there with VBN as far as delicious fragrances go!!

Fryl, that is hilarious!! Hubby is your own personal sniffer. Sounds like he did a really good job with the scents. I hope you feel better soon! For someone who enjoys scents as much as we do, it's very difficult when you can't smell anything. Let me know how you like that BCP when you burn it! It's one of my favorites!

I love BCP!!! It smells exactly like the Yankee Candle version!! You are spot on with it!!
Cherry Cola is a great scent too. It isn't quite like Philosophy's, but there's a distinct cherry and a distinct cola note!
Of course, I'm already familiar with CNC and CC, both are great scents, and have my praise.
Wildberry Zinger was very hard for me to sniff, even up close, but weirdly enough it scented my whole closet.
It reminds me of something very pleasant, I just don't know what. I am definitely going to try this in other products!

I love the Wildberry Zinger. It is so fruity! It's been a hit in every product I've tried it in. I understand how it could scent your closet because it scents my whole shop which is 300 sq ft! People walk up to the door and say something smells good and I already know what they're talking about. I hope you continue to enjoy your products and thanks again for shopping with me.

I am wondering if there is some connection with Wildberry Zinger and the Celestial Tea by the same name. I do detect a slight tea note which is very refreshing.

That's the fun part of my business and what inspired me to start my company in the first place.


You also have an excellent nose for scent (as we all know!). There IS a tea component in Wildberry Zinger although not so prominent. It is definitely gaining in popularity and some who've tried it have come back for more which, for me, is always the greatest compliment!


I guess I felt the scent was so uplifting that it would be great for spring. But I agree with you that this scent is just great period. The more I use it, the more I love it! Glad you're a fan.

Ok everyone, I need some help! And because I have access to the experts, I'm coming to you!

I will be adding oils to my store very soon! The requests have been high in my store lately. My problem is: I am trying to figure out which scents to carry (initially). So if you had to choose your favorite staple scents, what would you choose? I'm thinking I'll start with about 7-8 scents. Here are my thoughts:

something minty (Basil Sage Mint/Eucalyptus Spearmint?)

Fruity

Definitely have to have Blue Sugar and/or Pink Sugar

Sage & Citrus is a great seller in candles

What about Lemongrass?

Definitely Lavender

Sandalwood Vanilla

That is another product I've been trying out (a sugar scrub bar of soap instead of scrub in a jar). Right now I'm loving Coconut!

Excellent suggestions. BTW, I will be able to offer any of my scents in oils on my website because I'll just make them as they are ordered. However, I will only carry a limited number of fragrances in my store. Customers always have the option to place a custom order though. I'm definitely thinking Watermelon! And I was burning Butt Naked today which is bananas and berries. That was excellent! Gizmo, banana is a great suggestion along with Jack Frost! In my inventory I have Monkey Farts, Banana Cream Pie (my favorite), and Banana Foster. The BF doesn't smell like philosophy's to me but it is good. Keep the suggestions coming!!

I do have a question regarding your scents...

There is a scent list and another scent list when you order an item. However, some of the scents on the list are not on the drop down menu for individual items. Like Sugar Milk for example.

So how would one order a fragrance that is not on the menu?


I LOVE Sugar Milk and Sandra who made it for Smellsosweet is no longer in business.

I see you DO have Creme Brulee on the drop down menu which is another fave of mine.

Also, are you going to have fragrance oils available that one can WEAR?
