I miss it here but I do not have as much time to post as I did before. I will still be one though because I have always loved it here.

The 40% off sale really tempted me to break my no-buy, but I looked at my stacks of IoE stuff and myself back into shape.

If there are any IoE newbies out there who are still dying to try out their products, now is the time. Just be prepared to wait a while to get your order!

I decided to place an order for some of the stuff for the Lemonade Lust collection. My order # is 9567. So now I have 4 pending orders. No more ordering for me until Halloween!

IoE is so addictive!

I've been so busy lately - finally got a new and much better job! Yay - that means more $$ for bath and body goodies for me!

I forgot to post that I got an IoE order in recently, with a scrub/scrub split in Vanille Abricot/Vanilla Stars Coconut Blvds, roll-on perfumes in Candied Rose Buttercream and Fifth Ave Angel, and a large body wash in Heart of Paris.

Vanille Abricot smells just like Pink Sugar to me, maybe a little more fruity. Somewhat of a disappointment to me. Vanilla Stars Coconut Blvds is a very light coconut scent. If you like chocolate scents, 5th Ave Angel is actually a pretty good one - very deep and strong. I think I'll be saving that one for winter. Candied Rose Buttercream is becoming my favorite IoE scent, wonderful.

I've received 2 orders so far this month, so now I'll review them.

Blue Blue Lotus: Didn't smell any Blue Sugar in this, but the lotus smell is nice. It's a fresh medium floral.

Bumblebee Kiss: Smelled very plasticy. A miss for me.

Pink Bumblebee: The rose note is very perfumey in this. I don't know if I smell honey in it. It's not my favorite, but it's not totally horrible.

Pink Lime: This smells like PS w/ a little hint of citrus. The PS note in this scent wasn't as strong as other PS blends though.

Sugar Me Cherry: Smells like Cherry Starburst!

Sugar Me Rosebud: The rose scent has the same perfumey note as Pink Bumblebee, but is much lighter. My sentiments about this scent are the same as Pink Bumblebee.

I'm eagerly awaiting my order of body washes from the cocktail collection. It's in the current batch.

I'm so sad that Candied Rose Buttercream is on the most recent to-be-retired scent list.
I placed an order for some Bee So Soft lotions and body washes in this scent to stock up.

I got my cocktail order earlier this week & am now getting around to reviewing it.

Bing Cherry Daiquiri: Strong sweet cherry smell & very fizzy. Love this!
Creme De Cerise: A lighter cherry scent than Bing Cherry Daiquiri, but still fruity.
Pink Cream Fizz: A light PS note plus a hint of creaminess.
Violet Moon Cocktail: The violet note is the most prominent at first, but then the lemon note kicks in.

Overall, I'm pleased with my order.

I also got an e-mail from IOE w/ a preview picture of 2 Halloween scrubs. One is Dirt Cake & the other is Wicked Witch Cupcake. It'll be interesting to see what IOE has planned for Halloween.

IOE has all their Halloween scents up now.

They are also doing the Cauldrons again this year. For every $40 you spend you get one free. I havent had a good chance to really check out the Halloween scents/collections yet.

I decided to go ahead & place an order while my computer's still working & before the TAT gets crazy.

I chose Bath Of Blood as my cauldron. I was about to choose Cauldron Brownies b/c I was thinking in my head, "Yay brownies!" But then I read the scent description a little bit more closely, saw what was in it, & decided to pass. But I did get a good laugh out of that one.

My order is in the #9700s, BTW. There haven't been that many orders since I placed my lemonade order at the beginning of the month.

I'm also plotting a Halloween collection order. I'm just waiting until the next sale. Ruby Velvet Cake sounds wonderful for fall.

I did get an IoE order in recently. My favorite item in that one was a body wash in Bali Rain, a scent described as rain with lily of the valley and white flowers. It's a really beautiful and original fragrance and fits the description precisely. I also stocked up on some Candied Rose Buttercream items - unfortunately the scent seemed weaker this time. Maybe they were trying to conserve the fragrance oil since they were discontinuing the scent?

I was pretty disappointed with my bath cream/scrub split in Fantasie de Vanille/Milk & Roses. Fantasie de Vanille is such a light scent I could hardly smell it at all! And Milk&Roses, which was supposed to smell like coconut milk and roses, is pretty boring.

I'm really tempted to place an order with the new Halloween collection. But I might hold out. Is there anything that I just couldn't live without? I'm still working through the big stash that I ordered in the early summer. Go figure!

I can only comment on the scents that have returned from last year. White Hearse (one of the cauldrons) is really good if you like rose scents. Some other scents from last year that I've heard raves about are Josie's Flaming Tomb, Wedding Day Anguish, & Basier De Vampire (another cauldron).

ETA: Crimson Velvet Cake (formerly known as Crimson Corset) is a really good scent too!

Lemon Drop Lemonade: Reminds me of Sugar Me Lemonade, but w/ extra tartness added.

Pink Lemonade Cream: I get mostly PS from this.

Red Cactus: This is the only non-lemonade in my order. I get a strong berry smell from it. I'm not so fond of it, so I'll be putting this up for swap/fraffle.

Sugar Me Lemonade: This smells very similar to BBW's Hello Sugar. I did a side by side comparison of the two.

The Lemonade Stand: I get mostly bubble gum from this.
