The way to get rid of those horrible things called blackheads isn’t so easy.
One major reason is because even if you clean them all out, the pore still makes sticky cells and sebum, so they will reform and so you are stuck again with the problem of getting rid of those darn blackheads!

Most peoples’ natural instinct is to start picking, squeezing, and poking at their skin, but that most likely does more harm than good. Reason is extracting blackheads on your own could cause an infection and scarring. So what’s a foolproof way to get rid of these little pests we call blackheads?
Well the best solution is to go to an aesthetician.

But I know that most of you (and me) can’t afford that.
To minimize blackheads, your best bet is a good skin care regimen. Blackheads require a little more attention to get rid of them. You should start with a salicylic-acid-based cleanser to help clarify pores.
But if at-home treatments and deep-cleansing facials don’t do the trick to get rid of your black heads, head to your dermatologist. A prescription may be what you need to get your skin into shape,

But to get the best results, you need to make sure your makeup isn't the real problem, it can be full of pore-clogging ingredients. For this your best bet is to use the most natural makeup you can get.
Also stick to fresh foods and drink lots of water. It’s also a good idea to take Omega-3 fatty acid supplement.

I recently read that our skin creates 2 layers of new skin cells every 4 hours! ACCKKKKK!!! jawdrop
After I read that I wanted to take approx 3 consectutive showers!!
So, I would think that an exfoliator and a good moisturizer would also help the skin.......

Yes you should exfoliate one to two times a week depending how sensitive your skin is.
And for moisturizers (as well as face wash) you want to try and get one that helps to speed up the skin cell renewal process so no oils get blocked under the skin tissue causing acne and infection.
