My regimen is rather blah...and my skin is usually up and down

Morning:
Neutrogena acne clearing something in the shower
Anthony Logistics oil free facial lotion

Night:
cleanse with either Noxema Continuos Clean Microbead cleanser or Biotherm Biosource
Alternate with TBS tea tree oil scrub and mask and Fresh sugar scrub
Caudelie contour cream

I'm just waiting to get rid of the Neutrogena and Noxema stuff so I can try something else

White Tea Serum
Mixture of Px Vibrant with Wexler
SPF or Jurlique SPF lotion
Nivea Q10 eye cream 4 men or Bigelow
Lemon body cream
Lychee Body butter
This is a virtual gas mask for the face in case of anthrax attack or a patient coughing on you.
PM - Body Shop Tea Tree facial wash
Spritzer - Whatever on hand
Wexler Serum
Lychee Body Butter, L'Occitane
Shea hand cream or Burt's Bees

Takes 5 minutes. Slather it on.No aromatherapy products. Ice cream is better.
Tylenol PM Extra Strength knocks me out in 5-10 minutes.
Eeker
No eye cream @ night. Gives you puffy eyes in
the morning as toxins are released from this area during sleep.
If your face is really trashed in the AM due to long work hours, drinking or debauchery...slap on some Aura Science Recoup..no one will ever know..the potassium in it rocks. Cool Errr

Tutti--

I'm really liking the Olay Regenerist Serum. It makes my skin very smooth and gives it a healthy glow. However, it actually made me break-out for about the first week-- I'm not sure if this was 'purging' or what. Now my skin is really clear. I might try the Regenerist Perfecting Cream next, though. That way I won't have to use a night cream on top on the serum.

Try drugstore.com for reviews. There are TONS on this particular product!Smiler

Mine is Shiseido the Skincare. It works really well for me. I use the cleansing foam in the morning and the purifying cleansing foam usually in the evenings if I don't use TBS's Tea tree oil face wash
I also occasionally use Olay Thermal Polisher, it makes my face really smooth and it doesn't bother or irritate my skin. In the morning I put on some Day essential moisturizer ( light in the summer and enriched in the winter). At night I use night essential moisturizer enriched or Cetaphil for something lighter. This is what I usually do but I have other products that I use as well.

Ooooo Shiseido is great! Eudermine and Revitalizing Cream. Love
Fryl, you have impeccable taste.
Coco Madamoselle smells like Clinique Aromatics which is nasty.

I've been doing the same regimen for years now since discovering the Pure Simplicity line.

Morning:
*Tomato face srub in shower, I hate washing my face in the sink
*Dove toner (I have to get this from ebay since the stopped making it, when I run out I use Neutragena in it's place & it works just as well)
*Rice moisturizer

Night:
*Dove toner
*Everlasting flower night nourisher (omg, I lurve this stuff, even with the price)
*Everlasting flower line reducing serum or Yves Chantre lipogel soft eye contour under eyes

I rarely rarely do anything different. I've tried the Olay Regenerist (I had a sample) and it smelled nice & made my face soft but break out city! The only time I have a break out now is once a month when Aunty Flo is about to visit. And no amount of face products will hold it back.

In the morning I use
Olay Regenerist daily regenerating cleanser
Olay toner
Olay age defying perfecting lotion
Lancome regenerie eye....which I can't wait to finish, Lancome is overrated.

At night I'm embarrased to say I usually am too tired to do any kind of skincare Crap When I wear makeup I usually wind up not taking it off before bed. I know....bad. Bonk2 Surprisingly though I don't have much of a problem with breakouts.

I guess I am lucky to have decent skin that doesn't require much upkeep. Pretty much all I do is use Basis Cleaner Clean face wash in the shower in the morning and some of those Ponds or Olay (or generic brand!) face wipes at night.

I used the PS Pomegrante scrub for a while, but I am out now and it is too pricey for me to buy any more.

I don't need a moisturizer, although I am considering trying out something to postpone the lines that have been peeking out around my eyes.

And I am going to try the Neem mask to see if it helps my pores ... I do get some blackheads on my nose and chin.

Ciao!
Janelle

Thanks for the compliment Jeff! Big Grin
I have been using Shiseido for years. I also used the Pureness line when I was younger.
How does Pure Simplicity compare to Shiseido the Skincare in your opinion? Smiler

I freelanced for Shiseido a few years back when they *cough* reorganized. All except for their core products made in Japan, have declined in quality and increased in price. Shiseido now owns Jean Paul Gaultier and Hard Candy. So the PS line at BBW offers the best value and quality.
The Bigelow lemon body cream in the travel size outperforms Shiseido Benefiance eye cream at one tenth the price.
Love
Same goes for YSL. I believe they are owned by Sanofi Beauty, which makes products for Avon also. If you check product boxes before tossing them and they say Paris.London.Rome or Distributed By...you can bet the same vendor made them for various brands. Can we say...ripoff?

Yes it's a ripoff but in this world there are many people who will pay the extra $$$ for a name brand even though quality is the same or worse than the cheaper brands. It's kind of sad isn't it. *i'm guilty, sometimes* Crap

I tried using the lemon hand cream as an eye cream and was wondering if that was a good idea. Is it okay to have the lemon oil so close to my eye? what are the other benefits of using the lemon cream on the eyes?

I've been using the Lemon Hand Treatment as an eye cream for about a month & a half now. I think the advantage to it is that it moisturizes the area & can brighten the skin, which thus prevents dark circles. For me, I've incorporated that in my morning routine, so I feel like I'm waking up the skin under my eyes. I normally tend to break out if there's any kind of moisturizer on my face, but haven't had any problems w/ breakouts so far. The only setback I've noticed is if there happens to be other moisture in that area (water), then applying the Lemon Hand Treatment stings a little. But overall, it's been good so far. It's also much cheaper than other products that are specifically marketed as "eye creams", which are usually $20+ for a size that's similar to CO Bigelow Lemon travel sized products.

I don't mind at all paying extra for something of better quality and that works for me or that I know won't irritate my skin. My skin is kind of weird. I do intend to get the whole Pure Simplicity line though, it's wonderful!! Too bad I didn't try it out before, I could have taken advantage of the B1G1F deal during the semi-annual sale. But that won't stop me!! Big Grin

I'll have to rethink the whole Pure Simplicity line. I have been using it for longer than a week and it seems to dry out my skin!

Not necessarily... Eyebrow
Just rotate products. I've heard women do this with shampoos. Dunno, I shave my head.
Also you must consider womens' ah...issues which can cause breakouts and dryness.
Guys have similar problems which affect the brain (or lack of)..The Corvette Syndrome..where they trade in their 40 y/o wife for 2 twenties and buy an expensive sports car to compensate for lack of brain. Rotflol

Lol Jeff! You're so crazy! Razzer
I do alternate between products, but this stuff is really making my skin dry. I think I should try Milk Thistle instead. I'm going to check it out tomorrow.
