I saw the HIMYM finale last night.

I really wasn't into the very last part of the show. For some reason, I can't get into Sarah Chalke's character.

But I was happy to see Barney's revelation. I'm interested to see how that will turn out next season.

I read that it is rumoured that Sarah Chalke will not be on HIMYM next season for many episodes. I guess she is on Scrubs, and it supposedly ended up getting picked up for next season. They were thinking it wouldnt. I am not sure about all that, I have never watched Scrubs so I am not sure of its current status.

I also think the whole Barney and Robin situation could be very interesting next season.

Gizmo, I had heard that this was supposedly the final season for Scrubs, but it's now on ABC. Also, Alicia Silverstone was originally going to play Stella, but dropped out when they announced Britney's guest star role. I think I would've liked Stella better if she were played by Alicia Silverstone.

I saw the Ugly Betty finale tonight & thought it was boring in comparison to last yr.'s finale.

Alicia Silverstone would have been an interesting addition. I dont really have an opinion on Sarah Chalke either way. I could take her or leave her.

I watched Ugly Betty and Greys Anatomy last night. I think all the shows I watch are now finished for the season.

I've been watching The Bachelorette & I have to say this DeAnna woman is challenged when it comes to men. Last wk., I was upset that she kicked off the cute science teacher. This wk., I was upset that she kicked off the cute lawyer. And she keeps the guys that are obvious jerks around. Even I (with my not so good track record at relationships) know that cute dorky guys are so much better than obvious jerks.

I also watched the finale of Top Chef. I'm so happy that not only a female, but one of my favorites, won.

I watched the first episode of Shear Genius this week. I thought the blindfold challenge was stupid, who would ever let someone cut their hair blindfolded? Normally the challenges are realistic for the most part. I still really like the show though. I was also happy with who left, I didnt like him. He was way too arrogant!!

I didn't get to watch the Shear Genius premiere this week. The place where I was at didn't have Bravo. But I did manage to see the commercial for next wk.'s episode. I'm sure that'll be interesting.

But the place where I was staying did have USA, so I got to watch a lot of Law & Order SVU & CI.

Megan, I looked at Bravo and they are replaying the first episode of Shear Genius on Sunday (tomorrow) at 5:00 pm, Monday 2:00 am, and Tuesday at 2:00 pm. I think it is also on Wed. morning too. Thats the great thing about Bravo, if you miss it they replay it numerous times. Just in case you wanted to see it.

I also saw a commercial while watching Shear Genius, starting Monday night at 10:00 pm about Jo and Slade from Real Housewives. He is trying to set her up with different guys. I have it set to record, I am not sure if I will like it though. I wasnt the biggest fan of either of them. I will check it out though.

I always watch the L&O SVU and CI marathons on USA.
The benefit of being as forgetful as I am is that it doesn't matter how many times I've seen an episode I never can quite remember how it ends so it's like watching new episodes all the time.

The thing I like about the Law & Order marathons is it's always interesting to see who guest stars. If they're not super famous, I have to try to figure out where I remember them from. The new episode for CI this wk. seemed to go by a little fast. But next wk. is an episode w/ D'Onofrio, so it should be good.

I finally got around to seeing the Shear Genius preview. Somehow I get the feeling that it'll need it's own thread.

And is it me, or does Jo look like she could be Mel B's younger sister or cousin?

Hmm Megan, I am going to have to pay attention to Jo this week. I actually dont remember who she is. It always takes me a couple weeks to start to remember everyone. I will make sure I look tonite though.

I've watched a few episodes of Date My Ex so far & I've been a little bit bored by it. The guys that Jo has been keeping around so far are idiots.

Last night, I saw a preview show for Real Housewives Of Atlanta, which premieres on 9/16. I will definitely be watching this; it looks interesting! I looked up the premiere dates for the other Real Housewives series on Futon Critic. It says that OC will be back in the 4th quarter of this yr. & NYC will be back in 2009.

I almost get the feeling that at the end of Date My Ex, Jo and Slade will get back together. Its obvious to me that he still loves her. I am not sure about her though. I havent figured out if she still has feelings for Slade, or if she is just flirting with him.

Has anyone tuned in to Wipeout on ABC on Tuesday nights? That is a funny and interesting show.

My husband and I love Wipeout! We even watched the very first episode on our honeymoon! The big red balls are our favorite segment! We plan on watching it tonight.

Oh I know, especially when they show instant replays. Haha.

I'm a big fan of Wipeout as well! DH and I don't miss an episode. I love the big balls too and it's hilarious when they do it in slow motion. I also like to see those non athletic people, especially the women who try to navigate so delicately through the course. I'm always LOL.

I still can't believe the season is over. I was sad watching the season finale last week. Whatever ever will replace my 8pm time frame on Tuesday nights now? Olympics maybe.

I watched Date My Ex last night & it seems that Jo's been making better choices. While that was on, I saw a commercial that the premiere for Real Housewives Of ATL has been pushed back until 10/7.

I saw a preview a couple of wks. ago for a show called The Rachel Zoe Project. I'm not really a fan of that woman, but that show looks to be really interesting. It begins on 9/9.

I'm looking forward to the regular TV season getting here already!
