We got 10 inches of snow today. Thank goodness I have 4 wheel drive, or I never would have made it out today. They still havent plowed or salted my street yet.

That's a lot of snow, Gizmo! And yay for 4 wheel drive!! It's been snowing here too, but not as much as where you are.

It is so cold here right now. It is 2 degrees, but with the windchill it is -25 degrees. We got more snow yesterday, but the raods are still covered. They said when it gets this cold the salt doesnt work.

Hey Gizmo I'm feeling that frigid cold. My computer is saying it's -10 right now. The Chicago Public Schools never get cancelled so I have to go to work no matter what. It's so different from Texas!

That's cold!! Well I'm complaining about the fact that it's 50 degrees here but I guess I'll shut up now.

It's 7 degrees Fahrenheit but sunny here, so I guess I have no right to complain either.

Edward, you poor thing, it must be really rough on you. Hopefully, you'll get used to (and maybe learn to love) the cold weather.
Do you have to take public transportation? I know the worst thing is to have to wait for the train, tram or whatever in the freezing cold, even worse is when they're not on schedule.

It's 9 degrees, but feels like -3 (according to weather.com) and i believe them... it's frigid! my poor dad is out camping with his boyscout troop eeek!

The high temperatures for this weekend are in the 30s. Some people I know are freaking out about it. The weather always seems to be the coldest around here during the 3rd weekend of Jan., so I really don't know why. I'm not enthused about it being cold, but then I remember our winters are relatively mild.

My sympathy goes to those in the Midwest & Northeast who have to deal w/ such frigid weather. Here's hoping for some better weather soon.

It's 77 degrees here in central FL but a bit overcast. My daugther and her boyfriend went to Universal Studios today and they couldn't have more perfect weather!

It was a beautiful sunny day here in Ohio, it was 65 degrees.
What a difference a year makes, last year around this time we got blasted with close to 20 inches of snow. I will definitely take a day like today over that.
