It has been beautiful here in Tallahassee. With all of the trees and flowers blooming and the warm, breezy, nice weather it *really* feels like spring!!

It was warm enough to not need a jacket last week, then freezing this week. The Midwest has multiple personalities when it comes to weather.

This may seem random, but this was the only place I could think to put it. There is a white cherry blossom tree right outside my apt. It's all in bloom, but yesterday's wind caused there to be flower petals scattered about. I just happened to notice it today; it seems appropriately interesting given our seasonal choice of fragrances.

That's interesting Megan, how does it smell?

The actual white cherry blossom tree didn't smell like anything, which is what I initially thought of WCB. But it was kinda cold this morning & hard to smell anything.

We've been having days of winter weather here in MI, not as bad as on the east coast though, like in Buffalo New York.
It's around the freezing point and it's so windy. My cat all of the sudden poofed up and turned into a polar bear, she's even fluffier now. She keeps me warm at night.

It's getting cooler at night. It's still relatively warm during the day though. I don't think it'll be permanently cold until later in the month. I'm not looking forward to wearing long sleeve shirts.

It's getting cold here at night. I've been layering up like crazy. On the bright side, this cold weather is giving me a chance to use all my yummy bakery scent stuff that I couldn't use in the summer

The weather is cooling off down here, too. It was windy all day today, which cooled it off even more.
Me, my bf, and some friends built a small fire and sat around it this evening, which was really nice.
I can't wait for the weather to permanently cool off for the rest of the year. I'm all about long sleeves and layering and sweaters, which is something I don't get to enjoy very much.

Fryl, since your fur baby looks like mine, he also is getting really poufy. He looks like a lion now with a mane.

Noelle, no, we used to live in St. Louis, Missouri, but we moved down to suburb outside of Tampa nine *I think it was nine* years ago.
Janelle moved to Tallahassee when she went to college, and I haven't left the Tampa area.

Technically I have, since I live in a podunk town called Plant City (the winter strawberry capital of the world! ), but it's only a half an hour drive to my job and the University of South Florida where I go to school. In my dad's apartment (in North Tampa) it was a twenty minute drive to get to those places, so I still consider where I am to be close enough to Tampa to be "in the area".

Noelle - Awwwww post a picture of your fur baby...post a picture...post a picture *nods emphatically*. I am sitting here smiling at the imagery of your cats (both yours and Fryl's) and I am needing a visual, to further 'oohhh and ahhh' over . I'm nutty of cats now (although originally doggie lover) and can't think of much else until I get one of my own in two weeks time (I'm getting a Ragdoll and as Fryl knows, I am naming him Versace...Sachi for short ).

Speaking of winter I hear ya...I loooooooove snow and cold winds. The darker, the colder, and the gloomier the better Bring on the thunder storms/rain storms .

I hear you on golf too...although I wouldn't mind having Tiger Woods' bank account .

We didn't get all that much snow here, unfortunately, but I am definitely looking forward to lots of it!
It's really sunny today which is nice as well, and about 55 degrees F.

Yeah, it's been getting quite chilly here in MI. I actually wore earmuffs, gloves, and a scarf to school on Thursday. My cats have poofed up too.

I have to learn how to post pictures to here. Ragdolls are adorable and you have to post a pic when you get him/her? "Sachi" is a cute name.

My "lion" is a long hair and my kitties are bombays. They are all black with gold/copper eyes.

It's gloomy and in the 50's here, but Wednesday it is supposed to be about 65. I need to take my coats to the cleaners.

But the money spent on cleaning coats is going to be put to better use at my favorite store.

The weather's been horrid here. Two days ago it was cool and wonderful, but ow it's muggy and hot and horribly humid. Tomorrow it's supposed to be in the low 90s...by Thursday things should cool down though - I hope.

It's been cold enough for the past few nights that the heat has to be turned on. And right now, the heat is kinda making me drowsy. It's getting colder during the day too, so I'm guessing it'll be cold permanently soon. I don't feel like bundling up just yet.

It's cold in MI today, it snowed a little bit. The sun is shining right now so it doesn't seem too bad.
