hello she did finally write me back on the 12th saying that my package was mailed out but i havent heard nothing at all from her and no package at all how about you? did you get your package or hear anything from her?

No, I haven't received anything from her. She promised (again) to send it today. I'm waiting to hear from her this evening with a picture of the receipt.

I've already filed a police report and had an officer come to my home last week to get all the information. He also called her and is actively working on it. I've filed mail fraud with the USPS, and contacted an attorney. Several other people are doing the same. I told her I would drop the complaints I've filed if she would send what she owes me today. We shall see if she follows through this time. For her sake, I hope so. She's in a giant heap of trouble if not.

If she were smart she should have sent out the stuff the first time you confronted her. This is ridiculous that you guys have to go through so much. I bet she didn't think that she'd be in this much trouble when she decided to scam people.

Nope, haven't heard a thing from her and haven't received anything either. She's just a lowlife thief. Have you left her a negative & neutral token yet? She has a whole page of them now, all well deserved.

I am sorry to hear you trouble with this person.
I won and ebay auction on 6/12. Paid for it 6/13 since we were going on vacation that evening. Expected to see the package when we got home one week later ...Well, today is the 29th and NOTHING .. sporatic emails.. saying sorry.. death in the family etc...She said she mailed it last week, should have been her by last weekend... well Tues. she sent me a tracking number and USPS says there is not information on that number..I keep sending her emails and I have already have asked for a refund.... hello i plan on leaving a token & just hope i dont run across her on another site you know ali i hope everything turns out ok for you on ebay i like shopping on ebay i havent had really any problems just once for a urban decay body powder i had asked the lady if she had gotten my money order she said no but i told her that it was cashed needless to say the powder arrived that week! let us know what happens on it cool talk to you all soon! anita

Upon reading your posts I have filed a dispute with EBAY and Sent the seller and email stating what will happen next based on what (TDJunkie posted) Great ideas.. and I am following suit.
I appreciate you posting your issues as it is helping me with mine. I hope your issues are resolved... I just cannot believe there are people that get off on this stuff.Drives me CRAZY
Perhaps it is because I do not think that way.. I have traded and just send out goodie boxes to people on this board and NEVER had a bad experience.. THANKFULLY!

If you paid for your item by credit card, you can also try to get your money back from them. They have insurance policies to cover stuff like that. Visa is particularly good. I'm not sure about Amex, I think you may need to have a special insurance plan through them. We had something like that happen once & Visa was great. You basically deny payment on the charge and then get your $$ back. Good luck, I have deadbeats too...I can't understand how people can even think that way.

File a dispute with PayPal... she has x amount of days to respond, and if not you should get a refund.

Great News!

The purse showed up today.
The bag it was sent is was torn and looked like it had been put through the wringer. It was posted marked 6/19 and arrived to me 6/29. She shipped it PRIORITY too. So, This was not her fault, odd the tracking number was in valid.
At any rate, I did file dispute which I have since closed. I am just thankful I got the bag. I am kinda feeling badly I got so worried. But when she was not responding and the tracking number was invalid I felt like maybe I was ripped off.. I am glad it worked out.
