Actually, Sara and I finally got a dialogue going this evening at MUA, and she has admitted lying, and has promised that I will have my package no later than Wednesday. She said she is also sending an additional package to make up for the trouble. I've given her my word that I will wait until this coming Wednesday before filing a formal complaint. I'll keep you all posted.

I hope it all works out for the best!

Its just that I was way overwhelmed and had people yelling at me from every side. In the business we have customers yelling about the cars being delayed due to the robbery and I have to deal with them.. then on MUA everyone was yelling at me wheres their package so I just wanted to make everyone happy and in some cases shut them up.. which was wrong & I apologize.. I know people are nice and understand but some aren't, when I tried to be honest in the begining a girl left me a negative token (I was supposed to send first) and then others starting getting mad, so I just wanted to stop all that (which still didnt work)
Im sorry you had to deal w/ my mess and trouble and wish I never had to put you through this, if you see my previous tokens I was NEVER a problem swapper & always did my best to make people happy, I wasnt always on time (but never this late) and I was always super generous. The robbery side tracked me completely.

Sara - the package didn't arrive today, and I haven't heard from you since 6/3 - when you promised to check the USPS receipts and get back to me.
