Just a warning to my fellow BBW board friends -

Do NOT swap with Bubblezzz (Sara IXXXXXX from Belleville, New Jersey - I X'ed out your last name as a courtesy), unless you want to have your items stolen, and unless you want to be lied to and given excuse after excuse.

I'm not the only one this is happening to. There are 2 others from MUA, and 1 more from this board in the same boat. She has all of our things, and we have nothing.

One of the people from MUA - she lost over $150 in product, and I've lost over $100. No telling what everyone else has lost.

I have been hesitant to post a warning because I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, even though that benefit should have expired quite a while ago. Now that it's apparent that is happening, I am warning all of you before you get taken as well. It's a sad day in the world when a person has to resort to this kind of behavior.

This really disappoints me

I hate people who lie, cheat or steal. I will ban her from the board. Let me know if you still need to contact her thru the board or if you're done with her. Once she's banned she won't be able to read PM or post and things like that. If not, I can go ahead and ban her.

I will discuss my experience. The furthest I got w/ her was negotiating a swap; I never actually sent her any items. So the only thing that I really noticed about her was that there were sometimes delays in communications. It sucks that I'm probably gonna have to go to the Lancome counter to get my Juicy Tubes now, but at least my Temptations lotions are still safe. However, I think it's extremely disappointing that something like this would happen on this board after all the discussion about how we hate having to deal w/ dishonest swappers. I think it's also upsetting that something like this would happen to one of most valuable board members.

Is there someway that you can post on MUA about her too? I registered and always read the reviews, but I know I would never swap on there.

I honestly can say, that my intuition must be really good, because when I seen BBWAddiction101 post, I thought to myself that it could be her also.

Tutti had another loser try to steal stuff from her. The same person also tried to steal from me, anan, and 10 other people. Come on, people... drugstore/Avon/dollar store/mark stuff really isn't all that bad! Geez, I'd give you my spare stuff if I knew you were so dirt poor...

Thank you all for your support, I'm grateful. It's unfortunate that there are people who will go so low as to steal second hand beauty items. I hope I never get so low in my own life that I have to resort to such a thing.

Very cowardly of her to come back hiding under another username, and join in conversation like she's a whole other person. And of all things - talking about buying things at the sale next week! She has lots of excuses about why she can't ship, or has shipped, and why she's had delays, etc... one of those excuses has been not having the means to ship. I guess shipping money comes out of a different pot than SHOPPING money.

Noelle, MUA is aware of her because there's a thread about her on SwapTawk. She's doing this to more than just me.

That's horrible. It's just like in our store when girls steal. It's even worse knowing you can't do anything about it. I'm sorry TDJ, I feel ya.

I seriously feel sick when I hear swaplifter stories. I mean sometimes I'm not as prompt in delivering as I should be and feel bad. But I'd never hurt someone like that! These people should just go steal from the store and leave trusting people like us out of it. I mean if they're going to steal there's nothing we can do but I wish I could go and HIT them. I swear my mean angry side comes out when I hear about swaplifters. It's happened to me once and she lived in Canada. If someone does it to me in the US, I swear I might just have to make a trip to their house. I'm a HORRIBLE person for being so hostile!!!

Since you have her address, is there any way that you can file any kind of a mail fraud charge? With printed proof from other people on the MUA board, etc. maybe that can be done?

Becky gave me a Love Spell shimmer body powder brush several months ago, and I only used it once. I think she said she used it once as well. I know I'll never use it again, so PM me with your address and it will be on it's way!!
