I remember a story where Walmart threatened to sue some sites because some members posted sales info on upcoming sales that weren't made public yet. This was around Christmas time and people were posting sales info on sales that where going to start the day after thanksgiving. The lawsuits were later withdrawn. Any posts of that nature will be deleted and the poster issued a ban warning.

You can post and talk about sales that are public, sales that are happening now. Or sales where there are announements on tv or newspapers. For example if you see a commerical or newspaper advertising an upcoming sale, thats fine to post. If anybody has any questions, feel free to post.
