Not sure if everybody knows that, I had a question about it awhile back.

The steps, just one way to get there:

Go - Personal Zone - Profile - View/Edit Complete Profile then find *Display Name:

The display name is the name people see when you post, the names you see at the top under Online Now. Sometimes you might want to change it or wish you picked another name when you signed up. Great thing is you can change it at anytime in your profile under Display name.

The member title is what shows up right under that and that is something I have to change.

Now if you change your Display name, the login information still stays the same.
