I was thinking about what I could do to show my appreciation for this board and all the wonderful ladies (and gentlemen) who make it so, and how to do it so that it would be something different but at the same time, something that every member could join in on.

Feel free to jot down a handwritten note and pass it on winking. It's something different, fun, and a lot more "personal" than a few printed words in a post.

Here's my note to you all:

What it says (in case you can't read my hand writing LOL):
"Hi there Girls - :O)!!!
I just thought I'd do something a little different and a lot more personal by hand writing a lil' note telling you gals how much I appreciate you and our little board that has now become a cyber home.
Thanks for making me feel so privileged to have gotten to know you!
Kimberleigh-Kaylor (aka: Kimmer) :O)."

Girls- Awwwww grouphug it was absolutely my pleasure girls. I am SO glad you thought this was a sweet idea...and am eager to see what some of you contribute into this thread. It definitely adds another personal dimension that never hurts when it comes to cyber-space. I also believe it brings our little cyber-family that much closer to one another -> grouphug yet again.

Texgirl- Yayyyyy Woohoo on your adding your own note!!! What a super gesture, an awesome note, and I dig your hand writing Love.
I haven't written in ages ("believe it or not") and mine is all messy and all over the place Rotflol.

Thanks Kimmer hug

I get that a lot about my handwriting. I think it's "ok" but lots of people "dig" it. I don't personally think it's really anything great but it's nice to know that others appreciate it. I like your handwriting too. Reminds me of my best friend's writing. And yes, what you said is true, this is another aspect of the cyber friendship we can see about eachother. We already dug into eachother's purses why not see how eachother writes? We've all already mastered sans serif...lol Rotflol

Texgirl, you do have nice handwriting. Yes It's what I refer to as "cheerleader handwriting". I've seen handwriting of others on here & I also think Anan, Becky, & TD Junkie have nice handwriting too. Yes

I think most of the regular posters on here have already seen my handwriting at one point or another (except for those who don't live in the US). I actually have no idea what I want to write for a note.

What a sweet idea! Thank you! grouphug

LOL, BBW Rawks, I also type so much that my handwriting has progressively gone downhill and become chickenscratch. I think it's been getting worse and worse since about 4th grade.

Pretty cool! Both of you have very nice handwriting. I don't consider mine to be sloppy, but it definitely is not pretty. My aim was always to have writing that looks like letters printed off of a computer or typewriter. In other wirds, it's generic and boring.

Me too!!! I would love to write a note to you all but you would never be able to read it! Rotflol

As a new member here, I would like to thank you all for making my transition here really nice. It is really hard to "break into" a new board sometimes and I am thankful that you welcomed me with open arms Big Grin

This is a really fun idea! Kimmer and texgirl, you both have great handwriting.

Fryl and TraceyB, I had no problem reading your handwriting! It is just fine. Smiler

Janelle also has nice handwriting. Yes

Maybe we assume our handwriting is worse than it really is.
