As you can see i'm new, i'm also a ditz..
I uploaded a picture as an avatar and it turned out really huge. How do I delete the pic/avatar
and get a new one? Any help would be greatly
appreciated!

Hello, welcome to the forum. It looks like you figured it out, that looks like one of the avatars that come with the forum. If you have another that is too big, you can get something like Paint, that's on most computers and shrink it and then use that.
