If you read my recent purchase post today, I got some Body Recipie items from K-Mart today. I haven't tried them out yet, but I made a thread to share my thoughts and you can share some thoughts if you have tried them. They are pretty cheap-like 7 items for 7.99! (On sale this week, regular 9.99).

These are actually pretty good items. The "body butter" is more of a light-weight cream, but getting 7 body creams for 9.99 (each container is 3.3oz) isn't a bad deal. If you are at K-Mart, check them out

They all smell really good except for the Gingerbread one..it's kinda...eeee....I'll be using it on my legs, away from my nose.

I agree about the gingerbread. I have the lotions and splashes,but have never seen the butters. I wonder if the scent is stronger in those?

My favorite is the vanilla pound cake. I wish they had this in a perfume. But just like Demeters, the scent don't last very long. It's more like a body spray.

I really like the packaging.

The packagine is kind of cute. It kind of reminds me of the Philosophy packaging.

I've seen the Body Recipes stuff at Sears about a month ago, and I've *almost* gotten it three times, but I always put it back at the last minute. I'll definitely get it next time I see it!

I personally think they are fine products. Like I've said, the body butters are quite thin, but you can't beat it at the price.

Noelle, the Vanilla Pound Cake IS delish! And I love the Blueberry Muffin. It's funny how we both found the Warm Gingerbread as the weakest of the set.

The price is great and I want to try to find the body butters.

The gingerbread wouldn't even cut it as a room spray. The Banana Nut Bread and the Hazelnut are pretty great too.

I got the butters, but I'm thinking that I'm going to wrap them up and make them "From Santa To Becky" in which case I'll review them after Christmas.
