Usually I am a huge fan of the Fresh Body Market, but I just used their Strawberry Milk Bath and Sick

I am feeling kind of "blah" after a very long work week and was looking forward to a nice relaxing soak. If only I could have standed the rank stench of the stuff long enough to have enjoyed myself! I shaved my legs and whatnot and drained the tub.

It's really too bad, because the quality of the product is great, but the scent is rancid. Luckily my Grapefruit Kiss lotion covered up the scent, and I sprayed some Lilac Blossom in the bathroom.

For the record: the original and chocolate scented bath milks are to die for!!! Just stay away from the strawberry.

Love from Becky

The FBM strawberry stuff in body lotion form isn't too bad. The scent is actually very nice, but there's just that awful scent around it.
Quite puzzling.
I found some Coconut Milk lotions too, and picked one up since the other one was leaking.
The actual lotion smells very nice, but the same thing is going on where it has that weird scent around it. I can't really explain it.
Confused

I haven't been impressed with any of the Fresh Body Market products that I've tried. I used the Coconut Milk Bath, and I had to pour in about a third of the bottle to get any bubbles at all, and there was no scent whatsoever.
I'm glad I didn't pay full price! Eeker

Megan, to me Marc Jacobs Violet is a soft violet scent. I can't make out the other notes, but I've looked them up and they're:
Bergamot, Peony, Orchid, Labdanum, Orris, Cashmere Accord, Violet, Cedar Wood, Vanilla, Creamy Musk, Gingerbread.

It reminds me a lot of the Guerlain KissKiss lipstick signature scent, but less "candyish".
Also, it really lasts a long time, eventhough it's not a strong scent. It's very close to the skin.

I never really was a fan of violet scents, but I really like this, maybe because it's not a pure violet scent.
The only thing is that the bottle is huge, and comes with a seperate sprayer which you have to switch with the cap, in order to use it.

The latest fragrances I've been spotting at Marshalls and TJMaxx:
Lancome Hypnose, Burberry Brit Gold (Limited Edition) and Cartier DelicesLove.
I was shocked to see Cartier Delices, but it's about $60, so it's still expensive.

I was in Marshalls the other day and I saw one lonely Sheer Freesia body lotion without a Marshalls price tag on it. There weren't any other BBW products on the shelves...

Michael Kors Island 1.7 oz. bottle: $40
RL Hot 1.7 oz. bottle: $25
Escada Pacific Paradise 1.6 oz. bottle: $25 ($20 for 1 oz. bottle of same fragrance)
Escada Sunset Heat lotion: $9.99

I've also seen the Juicy Couture fragrance at TJMaxx, but it wasn't such a surprise to me since it has also shown up at places like Target, Kohl's and my grocery store (Meijer).

Juicy Couture at Marshall's and TJ Maxx...
Rotflol

Of course you will see it there. Juicy Couture is made by Liz Claiborne.
Eeker

Could that explain the teeny tiny bottles of JC right next to the Curve minis at WalMart?

It's a horrid scent if overdone to be sure...like tutti fruiti and mace. One spritz is all you need and then JC isn't too bad. Just one...

The Parfums de Couer 'dupe' is way better and affordble. Maybe $3.99 for the body spray.

No one will know but you and the cashier at Rite Aid.
Cool

I saw a Ralph Lauren Hot EdT at TJMaxx last night. It didn't have a price on it (the wrapper with the price on it was gone), so I don't know what it cost.
