Apparently Old Navy is getting into the beauty product business. They've teamed up w/ Kiss My Face & have come up w/ 4 scents: Green Tea & Mint, Pear & White Tea, Lavendar & Sandalwood, & White Chocolate & Orange. I didn't even try to smell any of these b/c these scent combos sound dreadful. Old Navy should stick to what they're good at, which is usually coming up w/ cute seasonal clothes & various other seasonal products. Has anybody else seen these?

Old Navy is a sister company of the Gap & Banana Republic so it seems to me that they would take some help from their fragrance dept's...I always loved Gaps Dream & So Pink & Banana Republic Woman...

I have smelled them, and your instincts were right, Megan ... they all STINK! I had hopes for the chocolate orange but it wasn't any good.

Yeah, they're pretty awful. There is a lip balm that's Vanilla and Coconut, which sounds promising, but I'm afraid to try it. I too had high hopes for White Chocolate and Orange, but was dissapointed.

I think that of all the fragrances annoyed me the most; I love white chocolate, but mixing it w/ orange doesn't make sense. Just the name of that fragrance reminded me of those chocolate orange candies that I don't like. Now maybe if it was mixed w/ mint, that might be a better fit.

Megan, if you like white chocolate and mint, head to a Yankee candle store. They have a limited edition seasonal candle that is called White Chocolate Mint ... it smells delicious!!

I felt like giving this stuff a second chance, so I actually put some White Chocolate + Orange lotion on my hand. I couldn't smell orange at all, and the white chocolate scent was pretty true. I daresay I liked it.

I bought a chololate orange lip balm a while back that I lost-I thought everything was pretty cool, but then again, I used to be hooked on Kiss My Face stuff, when I lived Upstate..before I was truly a BBW addict.

I'm recycling an old thread in order to share some info about some new stuff I saw this past weekend. Old Navy has some holiday beauty products out.

Body Butters ($10):
Black Vanilla
Café Mocha
Ruby Red Guava
Sugar Plum Peony

Candles ($14):
Forest
Ruby Red Guava
Sugar Plum Peony
Toasted Chestnut

Lip Balms ($2):
Café Latte
Green Apple Cider
Hot Cocoa

I smelled Sugar Plum Peony & it's actually quite decent. Yes

Old Navy has body care? Oh great. We are getting an Old Navy in our little outlet mall in town. Maybe they won't have the body care. My pockets are empty from recent BBW purchases. I have been looking for something new though--- Wink

I went into Old Navy tonight & saw some Valentine's B&B products. There are 2 scents, That Crazy Cupid & That Ole Devil Love. TCC reminds me of VS Romantic Wish & TODL has a smoky/incense type scent to it.

The product selection was as follows:
Lotion ($10.50, 17 oz.)
Bubble bath ($10.50, 17 oz.)
Mist ($9.50, 8 oz.)
Massage oil ($9.50, 8 oz.)

I was tempted to buy a That Crazy Cupid bubble bath, but I decided to pass.

I keep forgetting to post that I've finally smelled Sugar Plum Peony. I don't go into Old Navy very often, but I made a point to smell that scent since I was curious about it. It's not bad, but it's more floral than fruity.FrownerI didn't get the Sugar Plum part.
I think Black Vanilla is very nice, it smells a bit like VBN but better in my opinion.
How's the quality of these ON products? Does anyone know?Smiler
